Outstanding location, spacious rooms, and it's surprisingly quite at night. Parking is a 5 minutes walk, which can be challenging if you have lots of baggage, since there's no way to stop at the hotel and drop your suitcases off. Keep that in mind. The staff is nice and helpful. The water pressure in the shower is crazy. Oh, and the heated bathroom floors, so good.

The breakfast was OK.

Everything was very nice and clean

We had a small situation where we couldn’t locate the switch to turn off 1 light in the entrance of the room. The night shift staff wasn’t able to help us because she couldn’t find it either. We had to go the first night with a light on which was annoying. The next day the morning shift staff was able to help and his reason that his colleagues couldn’t help us was that she was “new”. It wasn’t a major issue but all staff (especially when they’re left alone) should be able to help with the basics of the room.

Well, our heater was broken. They didn’t listen to me when I got there. They said they were sold out. They said it would be better within an hour.. after 5 to 6 hours past we were freezing in the room and it was below five outside. It was New Year’s Eve and I called them to ask them to move us to another room or give us the heater. They said they don’t have a heater and they cannot move us.. We literally were freezing in the room. I took a hot shower for over 30 minutes and don’t even remember where I set my clothes.. Those clothes went missing after we changed the room the next day they were MIA.. I didn’t have my clothes with me nor were they able to find it in the previous room. Overall, being in such a cold climate and not having heat was pretty disturbing, and my clothes disappeared.

While my clothes, I believe they left in the room they should’ve been there, but they said they don’t see it and I didn’t have my clothes so therefore my items were stolen

The location is excellent and the hotel is equiped wirh all you need. The staff is superb, helpful and sensitive to needs of a guest.

That the bar is not in function at the moment and that this was not mentioned in former description.

Location is fantastic

Parking is kind of far if you have a lot of luggage and you cannot park in front of the hotel. The reception ladies were all great but the reception guy at check out was rude and did not allow us to leave the car for an extra 1 hour at the parking lot even though it was empty.

The only thing missing was a free water bottles

Hotel was very kind to move my son to new room for free when he had back issues with pullout bed.

Location could not have been more perfect. Staff were all very sweet. Electricity went out on the entire block 1 night and the poor desk clerk had to run around manually opening room doors. Well handled.

Unfriendly check in experience from what seemed a veteran staff member. Aggressive and takes everything one says as a challenge of who will win this argument. Other than that, the hotel is nice.

Good location.

Staff was not accommodating to changes and requests. Our flight was cancelled, so we wanted to change the dates, but we had to pay for the nights we weren’t there – it would have been nice to at least get a breakfast voucher for the night we paid and weren’t there. We also requested the sauna in advance, and they forgot to turn it on.

Room was clean but could have used a few more amenities, for instances tissue paper. Water from the shower leaked into the bathroom floor.

Location is at the foot of the square. 15 min walk to the fortress but you will walking along the pedestrian street. so lots of cafe and restaurants to eat. Tamara was the most helpful person I encountered in Belgrade and a model what a reception host should be. The single room I liked and I can tell it's a bit modern/new and all in very good condition. The carpet in room and hallway is on a thin side but again all is very good. I did reserve the sauna (opens 9am-9pm). Note to all, bring your shorts as this is mixed gender sauna. There are also showers and small locker room to change.

It would be good if there was a lobby or a coffee shop in front of the hotel.

Great hotel. Everything was nice. I will surely choose it again next time l visit Belgrade. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

What I liked the most was the location - the hotel is in the city center itself, on the Republic Square.Everything was very clean and the food was delicious.Also, receptionists are very helpful and nice.The parking of hotel is nearby.

Nice clear rooms, friendly staff, secure parking (although few min from the hotel, is a very welcome addition if you come by car), great location if you would like to be in the city center.
