Avoid tiny ground floor rooms where they booked me to stay. The polite & smiley receptionist, upgraded my room to a bigger one on the second floor. The bigger room though, was available for two out of three nights I had booked, so I had to find another hotel nearby to check in. No reimbursement for the cancellation of the third night stay.

Nothing, very low quality about everything, cheap and bad mattress, bad smell, unclean bedding. The location not really good.

Very unpleasant staff, they didn't even help us with the luggageThe "good" rooms are on the fourth floor but the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, they didn't even bother to mention that.

We got the beautiful room with bathtub … bathtub was the star of the show ??? it was gorgeous … big tv! The windows were huge. We thought that the room was isolated, very bad, but turns out that the windows were cracked open the entire time behind the curtains(we overlooked) so if noise issues just double check that all windows are sealed and closed! Best time ever and perfect location! Breakfast included and supplied by restaurant next door … not large breakfast(tasty though) so honestly your better off saving 20 euros and going to get breakfast outside somewhere ❤️

The room we got was on the pricier side and view was of garage ? also getting into parking was tricky

The location was excellent! The hotel is perfectly situated in the bohemian neighborhood of Belgrade, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and great places to eat and explore.

Cleanliness IssuesMy experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel does not maintain proper hygiene standards. One of the beds had hair from previous guests on the sheets, which was extremely unpleasant. I reported this issue to the hotel staff, but they never came to clean the room or change the sheets.During my three-day stay, the bed sheets were never changed, and they were already in poor condition. The only thing the cleaning staff did was replace the towels, but they did not clean the bathrooms at all.As someone who values hygiene and cleanliness, I found this situation very disturbing. The overall condition of the hotel was neglected, and the beds were not comfortable either. Because of this, I did not enjoy my stay at all.For people who care deeply about cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel. However, for those who are less concerned about hygiene, it might be acceptable. In my personal opinion, the hotel lacks proper cleanliness and maintenance.

Kind and polite staff.

The daily cleaning of the room was so so. Because the staff did the half of work, not compelet. Complimentary thins (only tea bag and coffee) and not renewed; so if you plan to stay more than two nights, you need to order via cafe and they charge you. I asked to have an iron, and I'm still waiting :) . I reserved breakfast included, but only one menu option in the breakfast.

Reception and breakfast staff was very nice, location wqs perfect close to city center, restaurants. Room was nice it was renovated but not finished.

Breakfast wasn’t buffet but it was a la carte, no problem BUT you have no choice it’s only one dish lol everything else was fine

Location was central

Although it says there are soundproof glasses we could hear outside noise which lasted till 3:00 am. Hotel is in a crowded neighborhood with lots of bars clubs around. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Bathroom is connected via a glass to the room. So it can be seen fully without a filter from all around the room. So there is no privacy when you are in the toilet.

It is well located, close to restaurants and just a few dozen minutes from the historic center. The staff was friendly and communication was good.

The carpet in the hallway and on the stairs is stained and torn, which gives it a neglected look. We had no TV signal and had to ask at the reception for soap, shower gel, etc. for the bathroom. Breakfast is not buffet-style and the options are limited.

Amazing location. I booked a room for 3 nights. I get everything I needed in this room. The room was comfortable, clean and located in the most gorgeous street in Belgrad. The staff were amazing, and they even let me do a late check out free of charge. I will definitely come back here in the future. Thank you!

Like other people wrote here, there is a little bit noise at nights from the beautiful Serbian music, but it's not a big deal, I can hardly here it.

Convenient location on Skadarska street, which also has its drawbacks. Breakfast was good (you choose from several options). Staff was kind and helpful.

Rooms could be noisy if looking to the street. Nearby parking was overloaded and I had no clear instructions were exactly to park and how to get from the parking to the hotel.

The location was great, and there was available private parking just at the back entrance of the hotel.

The room did not have enough natural light, and it has a very small window.

The hotel is located directly on the Skadarlija street, which is one the best neighborhoods in Belgrade with lots of attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. and very close to the city center. We have entered through the back entrance and there's a parking place here where you can park your vehicle, however the parking is a little bit expensive (we paid 21 Euros just for one night). The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Since the building is old, although very nicely renovated and decorated, there are no balconies and the windows are small. And there's live music in the street until late in the evening so it was a little bit noisy.

Room was spacious with a small alcove overlooking the active walkway. Location is ideal for dining and nightlife and convenient walks to sights like the Tesla Museum and St. Mark’s and the nearby park. Staff was hospitable and efficient in check in/out and arranging drivers to and from airport.

Noisier the rooms we're not soundproof and the website says their is laundry service but there isn't

Location was in the old belgrade near great restaurants. Which is convenient to see all old city

Carpets were dirty and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Staff were friendly and helpful but this place needs some upgrades and work on the water pressure.

Excellent place in the very center of the city. Very clean, parking provided, restaurant for coffee and breakfast with exit to Skadarlija, with very kind staff.I highly recommend it.

The staff are warm and forthcoming, easy to communicate and assist. The location is full of stuff to do, for all kind of styles. Even I'd you try to avoid the too touristic ones. The hotel-attached restaurant is fun to stay and work from, including outside space. Room was spacious and very clean.

The street can be noisy sometimes (tourists :), not traffic)
