It's located on the other side of the city, where you'll find all the restaurants and other sightseeing spots, but you can get there with a taxi in under 10 minutes.

The breakfast is until 11 in the morning, and they literally kick you out exactly at 11. In most hotels, the breakfast buffet is cleared, and you still have some time to eat if you've already had your food. No, they really insist on finishing and leaving exactly at 11.

The location was perfect for us. The facilities were great, especially the pool and the surrounding area. Breakfast was okay, but there is room for improvement.

The gym could benefit from some renovations. A few pieces of equipment were not working properly, and the cleanliness could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Substantial spider in our room.Furniture OK but not excellent.SPA and pool were great.Dinner at Prime? Please do not order pork chops, taste like old chewing gum (no discount was given).Overall, not worth the price.

Disussed above + parking is extra payable. Not worth the money simply.

The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast really good.

The gym had its prime time some years ago.

Dobra je lokacija, nekada prije kada sam dolazila bio je fantastican hotel danas nije ni priblizno.

Ne dopada mi se to sto se luši u hotelu , ci udjes osjetis miris cigarete. U toaletu nije bilo ni kupke ni sapuna pa sam zvala da dopune. Takodje ,tus jako komplikovan jedva napravis toplu ili hladnu vodu.

Superb hospitality exceeding my expectations. First things first, hotel staff were so welcoming and kind to us from reception to housekeeping, everyone. Glad to choose Crowne Plaza for our anniversary and it was our first time here. Rooms are perfect, spacious, clean having so much attention to details with super comfortable beds, nice view, robust air conditioning. Reception is very responsive event in the middle of the night. There is room service 7/24. Wide range of SPA options having clean, modern facilities with a proper sized, spacious, warm pool. That was a real bonus for us. Breakfast was just right having every kind of need focusing on quality of the goods rather than quantity. Long story short, Crowne Plaza is an iconic luxury hotel in Belgrade and we will be back again.

Tried hard to find what we didn't like, but there is nothing to mention. We were so satisfied with prior matters during our stay.

Good location,good breakfast

The booking process for upgraded standard room it asked me if i want a smoking room, i ve selected one and paid 120 euro in plus for a smoking room. When i arrive at the hotel i ve received a normal room with Club Access that is only from 5 to 7 pm. That club access is useless because everybody goes to dinner in that hours. Also i ve found multiple black long hairs in my room when i checked in so is not that clean. Also the parking veware that is too expensive for Belgrade is about 25 euros / day. The reception staff is useless no presentation of the hours, they missedup the payments etc.

Fancy and cozy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked the fact that when we arrived there were welcome treats in the rooms and also there is sleeping spray next to the bedroom which was very nice and authentic. Loved it. Definitely coming back someday.

Nice hotel, in good shape. Room was clean and tidy, profesional and polite staff. High recommendation.

Reception - unprofesional and untrained, what had happen to mantra ‘customer is always right’ in Hospitality? I was charged 2 times for the same service and had been going back and forth with the hotel about the overcharge. They’re still refusing to acknowladge they had made a mistake and do the refund.

The location was good if you need to go to Sava Center since they are right next to each other

Paying for parkingNot being allowed to use spa before your room is ready for check in as so many places do allow No towels at spa available because per the staff they were too busy to wash and dry them when mentioned to hotel staff they informed us spa not part of hotel that’s no excuse it’s a reflection on your hotel since that’s were guests are staying atSpa staff rude never cleaned water from around floor in pool area Had water fountain but usually out of cups had to ask them to replenish

Spacious bed, helpful and professional reception staff. Conveniently located , good breakfast selection , bar and restaurant.

This is a rather new hotel in the New Belgrade but unlike others it is not smoked thru, so it is comfier to stay in unless you smoke too.

In the middle of nowhere, it is not easily reachable on foot from the Old Town. Also the lights in the bathroom are so special you almost do not see oneself.

Very big and modern hotel, well equipped and very modern. Very good breakfast and very helpful staff. Good rooms, excellent views on Belgrade.

The airco in the room did not cool the room enough (it was hot outside). The warm water from the bathroom tap only worked as of 6 am. The store in the hotel closes at 5 pm which is rather early.

Beautiful hotel, room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. They gave us an upgrade to a suite when they realised that it was my sister's birthday. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Good location, super comfy bed and generally speaking the room was spotless clean. Dine-in service menu was really tasty

Asked for the room service to be placed on the checkout bill and was treated as if I was not going to pay the bill at the checkout despite the fact of having prepaid the room. It's the first I experienced something like this. I found the parking a bit pricy

Saruna SPA is great as always. Room was clean with everything necessary.

Gym is small, breakfast is nice but not my best experience from the hotels

If you ask for a plate and a spoon they will charge to 600 Serbian Dinar.. it was something not good.. we are staying in hotel they can provide this basic facility.
