Staff at the reception very polite.

The rooms were dirty and very worn out, the breakfast buffet was dirty and small capacity compared to the number of guests. People were waiting in line for a table.

The staff was incredibly polite and went out of their way to meet our accommodations. Thank you so much.

The bed was a little hard as well as one of the pillows. The air conditioning could have been better.

Good buffet breakfast, the staff was very nice, especially the guy from the breakfast. We found parking on the street. 24 hour open reception. Good smelling Rituals bath products:). I liked the fact that you could make really dark in the room, so the kids slept well

There was no hot water when I arrived and despite being told this would be sorted by the morning, it was not. Management blamed it on local district heating issues. If they were aware of it, I should have been told at check-in. Despite being a fine hotel, not having hot water is not acceptable.

Walking distance to St.Sava Church and some other venues including markets. Good family suite suitable for families with children. Breakfast variety is good but lack of supply such as black tea not exist for 4 days. Good to have private balcony.

Room was an apartment and very comfortable. Breakfast room was pretty small but the food was delicious and many varieties to choose from. The location was central and the district good. Underground garage parking.

It was good that there was a garage but it was a very tight squeeze for medium/big cars.

I guess rooms aren’t soundproof because there was a couple fighting (at 4 am) in a room above ours (and later in hallway) and we could hear everything.

Breakfast was nice. However, the vegan/dairy-free options were missing (no dairy-free bread or milk). Staff was nice and very helpful.

Great location in the suburb of Neimar with restaurants/cafes and a great access point to public transport.Breakfast was lovely, staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean and spacious.

Parking is a hefty 20 EUR which seems slightly over-priced considering what you already pay for the room.

Small and compact hotel which seems to be first opened not too long ago, I wasn't able to see the hotel at the google maps street view but the hotel actually exists where it shows on map. Friendly staff and nice compact not too fancy but still decent breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice minibar with reasonable prices and selection.

Downside is parking, which is not possible on the streets and parking at the hotel is not free. Also the hotel is a bit far away from the main pedestrian area at the city centre, could probably walk there but the hotel clearly is a bit further away from the river, castle and other attractions.

Very helpful staff. Very comfortable room, everything clean, good location.
