The location is perfect. Near everything and many restaurants in the area. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is decent and variable,

The location, walking distance to both old town and Belgrade Waterfront. The breakfast and the view from the breakfast restaurant.

Nothing that we really disliked but the hotel feels kind of old and well used.

We had 1 night stay at Amsterdam Hotel and it was good. Though the room probably needs renovation, everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We also had very good breakfast with tasty coffee and great view. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff very professional and hotel is well looked after and maintained. Breakfast and view is good. Location to old town and bus to airport very handy. Room is large and bed comfortable. Sauna and pool are a lovely edition and it's relaxing.

Everything was great. The staff is always friendly. Pool and a spa was clean and warm. Was pleasure to stay at this hotel. Definitely was best choice for us.

Rooms require maintenance. Walls, sockets, bathroom look old and need fixing. No soap near the sink. No lights in sauna. All these details make a stay less pleasant.

I’d like to thank this hotel for a great experience. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the restaurant was beautiful. The location is very convenient, the lobby is stylish, everything is clean, and the rooms are cozy and well-equipped.There’s a dark-haired young woman at the front desk — unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she is absolutely incredible. She works in the evenings and helped us so much. We needed to call the airline — she made the calls. We had various issues to sort out — she handled everything. I’m so grateful to her. She’s truly amazing and a real gem of this hotel.Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient — you step outside and you’re right at the bus stop. And once again, the breakfasts were fantastic.

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is hospitable and polite. The breakfast is tasty. Good location.

The hotel is in a convenient location with bus stops right in front of the entrance, making it very easy to reach.The restaurant on the upper floor is excellent — the food is delicious and offers plenty of variety. Breakfast is served as an open buffet and is truly impressive, with a wide range of options including fried dough (pishi), pancakes, fruits, and various salads.The staff are kind, understanding, and always willing to help, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The rooms are a bit small and somewhat dark

Exceptional stay, the room was so comfy and clean. The bathroom lovely. Highly recommend booking a stay with spa included, or paying the 5 euro each for an hour, it was perfect after a long day of walking round the city. The transfer they booked for us was exceptional service. The breakfast was the one of the best we've had in the region, freshly cooked and so much choice.

It's not the prettiest or cleanest or quietest road outside but you can't hear anything inside. But there's lots of buses and late night food places just outside which was very useful for us arriving very late at night.

It is a 25 min walk from old town.

Nice room, well appointed. A little noisy from the bus stops outside but that was not aa issue for me. Great breakfast, very good laundry service, very helpful reception staff, lovely restaurant staff. Like most places in Belgrade a very slow lift.

Perfect location just next to the buses to take you (for free!) to any part of the city (including the airport), and also both old town and modern part are close by foot. The property is new and neat. Despite a lot of buses are standing just next to the entrance, the sound insulation is good enough to mitigate this. If you can get a room at the upper floors, you wouldn’t even notice that there are buses and active traffic. We were on the first floor, and it was still fine. The spa area is not big and costs additional 5 euros per person, but this is probably the reason you can be there all by yourself own, which we enjoyed. The rooms and beds are good, nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, the rooftop restaurant was under renovation, and no one told us or put a note in the lift at least. We discovered it only when we got there and saw the construction materials everywhere. A bit weird.
