Very kind staff members at lobby. Hotel was nice. No regrets. Location was ideal. Free shuttles from and to airport about 10 min walk away. Famous venue with night life bars and restaurants like 7 min walk from hotel. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices.

Hotel’s location is wonderful! Very close to every touristic destination. Small rooms but enough for a short vacation. Breakfast was not perfect but you find something to eat.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast was okay, and the room was clean.

You can hear the noise from outside, the sound insulation is not good. Check-in was supposed to be at 14:00, but they were late and we received the room after 15:00.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The staff were great. This is an older well maintained building on one of the busiest corners in vibrant old town Belgrade. It is very close walking distance to many famous attractions. We opened the windows and enjoyed the lively happy sounds from the street at times lasting into the early morning hours.

There was no elevator but we were on floor 2 therefore it was not a problem for us. The big bed was 2 twins versus a single big mattress and bedding.

There is no need to lay red small bed cover every day on the bed after they make up the room. We would prefer it's not used at all because of hygenical reasons.

Had fun chatting with one of the staff. Learned a lot about the city and the history of Belgrade. The other staff tried to be helpful - although the information she provided was not accurate so best to do your own research.The location was pretty good, close to everything. Breakfast was also good.

The staff in the breakfast area start turning off the lights when the time is almost up, but turning them off will only slow us down! When we asked them to turn the lights back on, they got mad! Almost always running out of plates and glasses. The room was noisy. And they're very stingy with the soap and toilet paper. Had to ask for a refill.
