Hotel Heritage

Free parking , staff are very nice, rooftop restaurants

Breakfast can be improved. I love bacon but the bacon provided was so salty, almost like eating salt.

It was very close to buses and other transportation vehicles. It was clean and the staff was attentive. I recommend it.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Traveling with 2 little kids is not always easy but the entire staff made it super fun and easy. Nikola, Miroslav and Mirjana were exceptional.

That there was only 1 key to the room. (Not a big deal but it helps to have 2 keys)

Staff really kind, room very clean, breakfast delicious. Free parking option is an important offer.Everything was perfect. Thank you!!!

Excellent staff, every single one. Rooms are quite big with a good view. Location is about 6-7 min drive to the centre. Received complimentary diner for NYE, which was kind of them.

Considering the facilities provided the price was on the high side.

The hotel was very cozy and the staff really friendly , the whole place made you feel like home . Also there was always free parking space for our car which made it very convenient. I strongly recommend this hotel and special thanks to the staff at the reception who were always helpful and smiling!!!?

Hotel is nice. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Reception and restaurant staff was friendly. The room was big and clean.

The extendable sofa was not confortabile at all. The guy from the parking had an inappropriate attitude towards us.

The room was large, clean and comfortable with a nice view over the surrounding area. There was free parking and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and very nice, except for the coffee ?

The sofa bed was carefully prepared but still not very comfortable. We did not like the coffee at the breakfast, so we bought separately espresso from the restaurant bar but still could not drink it.

Comfortable bedFriendly and helpful staff Organised airport shuttle promptly

Room was slightly smallJust am use to different locationBut location was still ok

Nice staff, very comfortable rooms

Rooms were pretty old, some walls in the room and in the bathroom had some mold

The location and seeing other great reviews was a helpful to make the decision to stay at your place. It is a stunning hotel!!!! The airport is still super close and no traffic at 5am to go there.

Only a minor thing, wish there would have been bette pillows. on the bed there was one design and on pillow for sleep. The pillow was sadly awful thin and did not provide the best sleep.

Everything was clean, the room was big with new furniture.

From the moment you walk in this hotel is amazing clean friendly staff comfortable beds

Clean and size of the room which is very suitable for family

The car park is opened to the residential block next by

Very good breakfastSpacious suitesVery quietTotaly friendly staff

Kind staff on the front desk. Beautiful room. And great Rooftop restaurant.

Staff frendliness and availability

Not a very diverse breakfast, not very accommodating people with food allergies.

Friendly staff

Breakfast - very limited choice, untasty, very diluted juices from machine (almost water), nothing to eat for child (have to go for the second breakfast to another place because of hungry child).Conditioner is very old with disgusting smell and is not able to maintain the cooling in the whole room. Bad ventilation in the room.Always need to be careful with shower in bathroom because of old doors which can be out of slot when sliding.Old furniture, dirty windows.

Everything was perfect- clean rooms, friendly staff. The rooftop bar is amazing.

Location is great, near local transport, but quiet. Free parking places in front of the hotel where our 9 motorcycles were safe.Staff is very efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast is very good in my opinion (bacon, scambles eggs, bread/toast, cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, and expresso was excellent ). Apartment was very clean and the beds was very comfortable. The roof restaurant was fantastic, with an excellent view and a varied menu.WLAN is free and signal was good. I would highly recommend this hotelwhere I will definitely stay next time! Congratulations to the entire staff !
