Radisson RED Belgrade

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. It is new, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. The rooms are large, stylish, and very comfortable.The reception staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They speak excellent English, which made communication easy and pleasant.Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (which is a pity — we simply ran out of time), but we did visit the bar. The signature cocktails were very tasty and unusual, especially for a hotel bar. There is also free billiards and several nicely designed common areas, which we really enjoyed.Breakfast is served on the top floor with a panoramic view of the entire city. The food selection is large, and everything we tried was delicious.We previously stayed at the Mercure hotel on the same street, and Radisson RED is on a completely different level in terms of quality and overall experience — even though the price is roughly the same.Highly recommended. I truly hope to come back again.

Lack of a la carte on breakfast.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything was insanely clean, well designed, welcoming, comfy bed, awesome bathroom and big massive TV. Staff was very friendly abmnd gave me an umbrella when it was raining. Great restaurants nearby.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is kind. There is a government parking garage nearby (Parking Garage Botanička bašta), where we were able to park the car for 12-15€/day.Not exactly in the city center, but the 10-15 minute walking distance really is not a problem. However you have to plan more time, if you want to visit the Belgrade Fortress

the gym, breakfast with the view (but the omelet is bad), free buses nearby

they don't bring water to your room, they say take it if you want; the location is not really great; don't ever order risotto—it's very salty and not good at all.

Staff wasw amazing. They are really helpfull and really putting effort to make you happy. Rooms were really big. Hotels location is very good. I ask them to change my room to quiter one, they did instanly. Appreciate that.

The front rooms are quite noisy and uncomfortable. There is a pipe drain sound which is continuosly making noise. Also the cars passing on the road are making too much noise.

The bed is not a double bed as described in the booking, instead, it is 2 single beds sized mattresses fixed on a double bed. After speaking to the manager it seems this is the case in all the rooms (except the room which have queen beds). I made sure while at booking not to get into this trap but got into it anyway. This is a design flaw, it goes against all what you can expect from a brand such as Radisson. I don't really know who is managing the hotel, but it is really really bad strategy to try save money on not fixing this problem. If you can hear me, I assure you are loosing more money by being deceptive and not changing the mattresses. I will never comeback to you or recommend it to anyone I know.

The breakfast could have been better - not much of a choice and the food was so so. A/C didn’t work in my room as well.

We stayed one night, everything was nice

The hotel feels very fresh, great design and very client friendly service. My personal thanks go to Lazar in the restaurant, he is very friendly and helpful, as are most of the staff. I will definitely come to the hotel and recommend it to all of my friends.

Nice & clean property, spacious room and large bed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Speaks English.Good location close to the city center.The hotel room already had slippers provided.Noise isolation is on a good level, we did not hear anything, our sleep was not-distracted by anything.

I wish the hair dryer was better. It was lacking power to dry my hair...

everything was amazing. everyone in all the service was just perfect, reception lady tamara, restaurant supervisor lazar and bartender lazar did excellent job. about housekeeping the room was super clean. also location of the hotel is very central like you can go everywhere with a bus. area is so quiet and secure. absolutely highly recommend it!

Sincerely everything was perfect! Staff was very very kind and professional, hotel was perfectly clean what is very important for me. Food in the restaurant was excellent. This is my second stay in this hotel and for sure I’ll come back again. All recommendations from me! Good job guys!
