Never going back

The tap was dripping, we had to put a bucket underneath to prevent a mini flood. Street noise was tragic... rooms were definitely available at the back of the hotel, where it was quiet. (at the moment we arrived, the hotel parking lot had about 5 guest cars, reception response though was 'we don't have any other rooms, please next time book a suite'. We asked for an extra bed, got charged for an extra bed, what we got was an opened-up mini bed couch at floor level, very inconvenient.... Broken off-place toilet seat

The staff were very good and spoke English. The food was very good and the breakfast plentiful. The beds were oh so comfy.

No kettle in the room. And, a bit petty this one but you asked…. You had to hold the shower as it doesn’t hook on the wall. It’s designed that way but not for me I’m afraid.

The breakfast didn't include any fresh fruit. The orange juice was made out of these ready powders and it was pretty thinned out with water.

The breakfast was served as an open buffet and was quite good, with a decent variety. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was also satisfactory. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

However, there were no disposable slippers in the room, which was a downside. Also, the room had only one power outlet, which was inconvenient when trying to charge multiple devices at the same time.

WiFi was absolutely horrible. AC is quite noisy and shower is quite annoying to use.

Room 205 sink not working, wifi not working, TV not working, shower drain not working. NOPE!

Location

Smell of cigarettes. I can accept it in the common areas as people freely smoke everywhere in Serbia, but not the room. The room was advertised as "non-smoking", but it was definitely not the case. Even worse - the sheets, pillows and the towels in the bath had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke.

Cozy room with everything you need. Convenient location right at the highway. EV charging facility.

Breakfast could be a bit of better quality. Overall i only could eat one or two things from the buffet.

Lovely hotel positioned at jct 29 on the motorway through Serbia. Rooms are clean and a good size. Beds are comfortable and the ensuite has lots of hot water and clean, fresh towels. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking with security guard 24 hours.

Room was overheated, noise from highway even thru closed window. Shower did not function properly.

They took our passports. When we asked for them back, they made excuses why they still needed to keep them. This made us uncomfortable and something we haven't experienced before

The hotel is very clean, staff is polite and friendly , breakfast was very delicious. Highly recommend the hotel, location on the highway just before Belgrade .

Everything was perfect for what we want

That was my third stay at hotel Hedonic and, as always, service was exceptional, all the staff were super nice. Our spacious room was spotless and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is on the highway, but it’s quiet and we slept very well. It’s an easy 20-minute drive into the centre of Belgrade for an evening out. I will definitely be coming back there on my future trips!

Very good breakfast, extremely comfortable mattress, very good location due to traveling perfect stop on the way, very helpful staff.

A little bit dirty sheets of dogs (?) hair, some of the things in the room were broken / a bit used.
