Nova City Garni Hotel Signature Collection

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful location, the staff is very kind, the breakfast was very good, we would like to visit it again in the future.

The staff is very good, clean rooms, they change the towels very often and clean the room, the breakfast is super. Private, free parking. Large rooms.

It was a bit dark at the room when there was no sunlight.

Super comfortable beds, enough space for family with two children. Tasty breakfast with good coffee.

Noise isolation from outside (street) could be better. You can still sleep well - we were tired and even though we slept like angels.

We came late at night so we didn't notice the sheets and pillowcases were dirty until morning. I thought housekeeping will change them but they entered while we were away just to change towels and didn't even touch the rest of the room. Now we got back to Zagreb with rash and skin itch. I don't know if it's due to cheap washing powder or dirtiness itself, but it's a shame for a 4 star hotel.

It was only a big room

There was no internet in the room they disconnected the internet bcs the socket was broken. It eas 2 am and My baby can’t sleep without music so she couldn’t sleep all night bcs the neighbours dogs barking. And the other day when my baby is sleeping they knock the door and rang the bell bcs a guy came for the fix something and they woke my baby up. So for resting i dont recommend this hotel. And the breakfast was the same everyday, not even a bread changed?

This is the second hotel after Prague St. George, we are having the same experience on a so called 4 star hotel. This is a hostel not a 4 star hotel.

BAD

Very dirty bed, dirty towels, funky smell in the room. The walls were peeling.We were 2 couples and a small kid. The family with the kid decided to leave do to the poor conditions.

The location was good as we had a car. The staff were welcoming and helpful

Big room and quiet. I asked for a quiet room and the staff did their best to give me one.

The cleaning staff started very early in the morning which meant noise. They could start later in the day or try to make less noise while cleaning the other rooms. The room didn't seem very clean either. The towels had yellow spots on them and the bedside table looked greasy.

A well-managed boutique hotel out of the hustle and bustle part of the city, staff were engaging and helpful, great breakfast, free parking. Very happy I stayed here.

No complaints, I’ll stay here next time.

Avoid if you can

Avoid. Sorry to say that. I always trying to be honest and objective, but this hotel was really bad. Temp. in the room +27, aircon working only on heating option. Stained walls, dirty carpet... room so dusty, like it was vacuumed a week before. Hotel pretends to be "four stars" but it not ewen 2 stars level, no tee or coffee in the room, no even bottle of water. If it's really Garni chain hotel, management needs to have a look, actually it asks for proper clean through.

Staff and breakfast was the best part. Everything was great. Small hotel but very pleasant. Will go again.

The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Free parking

I can't stand the towels are sooo old, like rugs.... The apartment is a bit old. And there is no elevator, you need to carry your luggages climbing up several stairs.

Stayed many times so far and always satisfied. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean and nicely designed, despite needed some touch.

Internet very slow and often interrupted. Not usable

Everything was great. Nic cozy room, big shower, good breakfast. Nothing to complain about.
