Really good accommodation: clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious.

There was nothing bad for me ?‍♀️

I really liked the estate and how everything is laid out. In its prime, it was an excellent location. The building itself and the details are exceptional; it's clear that a lot of money and effort went into its construction. All praise to the staff! Especially for their kindness and helpfulness. Since the restaurant is not accessible by wheelchair, they offered to bring breakfast to the hotel dining room. Very accommodating!

Unfortunately, my wife uses a wheelchair. When I search for accommodation on booking.com, I always apply filters for wheelchair accessibility. Hotel Centar Balašević consists of several buildings, but unfortunately, the hotel's restaurant is inaccessible by wheelchair due to stairs. I suggest arranging a path by the covered tennis court, as the elevator in the hotel also leads to the basement level, which is more aligned with the restaurant. Another option is to improve the existing path from the back side, which is currently in poor condition. The path should be at least one meter wide and without any level changes - edges. Also, the bathroom had very poor, dimm lighting and the AC filters were completely clogged with dust, so i needed to remove them to get the AC working properly.

The rooms were very old and need renovation, and the double bed was very soft and nearly collapsed when I lied on it, also there is weird and disgusting odor in the bathroom

More clear sign to the new reception — taxi drivers stop at the old reception. Internet connection could be better.

Location, food, cleanliness, everything was excellent!! Extremely friendly hotel staff. We are very satisfied, we felt like at home and we will always be happy to stay in this hotel again and recommend it to everyone!

There is noice from other rooms and at evening there was no hot water in bathroom.

Very satisfied , the staff very polite and helpful. I really liked the atmosphere of the hotel as a whole. Big rooms ! Excellent breakfast! For the price I paid I'm over satisfied. For sure if I visit again Belgrade I'll book the same hotel .

As we were travelling in the winter, it was a bit cold in the room. Breakfast could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We traveled with a child (3 years old) and a puppy and arrived late, around 22.40, the restaurant was about to close, but they stayed open so that we could still eat, which was very kind. The room was big, warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was a la carte and tasted great.

The personal it s nice and kind but the rooms are non clean at all and bad smell in the rooms, the breakfast was nothing special but passable.

Excellent and elegant, big and clean room. Car parking is safe. The area is nice, there are some good restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Public transport (bus stop) to the city center is close. We really enjoyed to stay in this hotel. The breakfast was plenty and lovely.

Staff members are very professional, helpful and friendly. Lady who is working at the main restaurant bar is so nice, we used to go every morning for a coffee and those were best coffees we had during our stay in Belgrade.

Bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom door lock was broken and it was very loud at nights.

The place is in quiet area and we were welcomed even in the middle of the night. The breakfast was good and the price excellent. All the staff were very polite. Recommend

Indeed the room where we stayed needed renovation as we saw some issues. However the renovation is already ongoing.
