I liked fresh air and the fact that it’s away from the city and the beds are actually the way I like it - not too soft. I read some reviews that say it’s cold - nonsense, there is Aircon in the room so you can warm it up. Beds are great! The young man at the restaurant/reception was super nice!

Close to embassy. Safe on hotel grounds. Food was really good.

Couldn’t get drinking water until the main office opened.

It's a good hotel for the price, with a decent breakfast and a close access to the highway. Clean, well maintained, functional and practical.

Low breakfast choices. Coffee, water, tea - not included in the breakfast.

No air conditioner for the bedrooms at the second floor in the same apartment

The owner and staff were absolutely amazing! You cannot ask for nicer people. They go over the top to make sure you're comfortable and welcome. The rooms are clean, the restaurant is amazing (they even host staff from national embassies) and If you're lucky, you'll get to meet the man that works overnight. I'm sorry but I forget his name but he is an absolute gem. If you're lucky enough to meet him, spend a little time talking to him. You definitely will not regret it.

Everything exceeded my expectations. From top to bottom, an immaculate stay. If I can, I would definitely like to return for the black risotto, which is the best I've ever had.

- breakfast - you choose from the menu. It was ok,food was really nice.But we did not get any drinks at all. At the end there was a request to pay for the breakfast even tho the breakfast was included in price. We refused, the waiter checked with somebody on the phone, apologiezed and we didn't pay anything extra.- uncomfortable bed- very old equipment

The location is great, in a green and quiet area, a 10 minute drive from city's sports grounds. If you travel by car, it is an excellent base to discover the city from, if not, the hotel offers rides at a very reasonable price. The apartment we rented turned out to be bigger than we expected. It was well organized and very clean. The furniture was nice and in very good conditionn. Breakfast was excellent and the food offered by the restaurant for lunch and dinner was just great. The staff was more than friendly, they made us feel like home. Would definitely come again.

Restorant on the ground floor (recommendation for ribs in barbecue sauce).Very quiet location.The rooms are very big.

Door are closed at 11 PM and you need to call guard for opening (a simple access control system would solve this).

Good location and price of the accommodation.

The beds are squeaky but it wasn't a big deal at all.

Spacious and very clean. The staff was so sweet and checked us in even though we arrived much later than we originally thought.

Very small things - only garbage cans in the bathroom, the shower didn’t close completely.

Location is next to the railway, too noisy. Breakfast nothing special.

No iron , breakfast is not included even if you book apartment, too noisy, they were not sure if the bedding is clean or dirty when we checked in. Waiters completely not familiar with the menu and product.

It's a nice and remote location—parking with gate.

The top floor in the three-bedroom did not have AC and was really hot and humid. Do not stay in these duplex rooms during the summer.

The waiter of the hotel was really kind and the food was deliciousThe hotel had a quard to watch it over the night and that gave you more safety. .

We arrived in Belgrade at late night with kids, tired and relishing that the booking i made was for next year by mistake, and the host can not accommodate us.At the last minute , I booked this property 15 minutes before we arrived.Everything was excellent!It was already before midnight, when we booked this property and wasn't sure what is it's.It was an excellent surprise.The owner is very welcoming, staff as well.Accommodation above our expectations.Thank you so much!

It’s so much better than the pictures! Great Host, very clean, new furniture, cozy.

The hosts were very helpful, including giving me and two other guests a ride to a football match when we couldn't get a taxi.

Once I had to ask for towels

My room was better than how it looks at pictures it was clean with new furnitures and parking also exsist a restaurant at the ground floor which have amazing cuisine one other plus is the parking so one of the best options if you travel with car!

I don’t have something negative to say is one of the best accommodation that I have at Belgrade the last 13 years

There was no heating in January, only air conditioning,, there is no cable Tv in room!
