Location is really really good. Close to the bus station and really close to the city center. The room was pretty big and the bed was pretty comfy.

The front desk wasn't 24/7. I wasn't able to find someone most of the times I looked for staff member. It wasn't the cleanest room I have seen but it did the job. The TV didn't work.

Perfect location, amazing staff ? We had some problem with the hot water in the bathroom and it was fixed immediately ? Rooms are quite big and we didn’t have any issues at all

The location was great!

We got a room in the basement with no daylight whatsoever. The bathroom was so small I had a panic attack in the shower. You can barely turn around. When opened the window, there was cigarette butts in front and rain dripped in from street level. There were renovations happening during our stay with drilling going on and a mess all around the premises. We asked for a two bed room but got a double bed, which didn’t work for us. We checked out after the first night as the hotel did not meet our standards or fulfill our needs. It’s a good place for backpackers maybe, cheap and great location - but it was not for us.

Quiet place, the room was clean. The place is situated in a convenient location, close to all the city attractions, in the heart of the old city. Friendly staff.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff at reception were helpful; they gave us a kettle per our request and allowed us to leave the bags after check-out until our departure to the airport. The bed was wide and comfortable. The location is perfect, in the walking distance from many historic places of old Belgrade, and also in the walking distance from Zeleni Venac bus terminal, so it's convenient for accessing different parts of the city.

The bathroom is quite small in size, although it had everything we needed. We had to wait for 20 mins for check-out because there was no one at reception.

The location is great. The property was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

There was one person on reception who was pleasant.

It was filthy! It smelled awful - like raw sewage. It was nothing like the pictures in fact it was unrecognisable from what I booked on Booking.com. I regret ever booking there I feel like I was conned.

Location is good, close to the center.

Room was quite old. The electric kettle did not have a dedicated socket, I have to put it at the sofa to connect to the electric extender.

Good location. The receptionist was very good too.

The photos in the pictures are nothing like what I got in person. A compete and utter lie! It was a horrible box of a room and the cleaners didn’t even put the duvet covers on. Shower was really poor too

Good central location. Easy walking distance to city centre. Room size was acceptable.

Breakfast should have been available, or at least provide the ability to make your own. A kettle alone does not equate to "tea/coffee making facilities". Even if customers do provide their own tea/coffee/sugar/milk there are no cups/mugs. The room included a kitchenette but without any cutlery/crockery/utensils it was worthless.

Great value and in a great location. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly.

We did have a problem with the AC but the staff very quickly sorted out the problem.

Hotel was close to the city center so we could walk to many sightseeing places. The bad was comfortable and room had mini refrigerator and air conditioner which was very important for us in those extremely hot days.

The bathroom was small and there was no parking lot but we left our car at a city garage close to hotel

The hotel is located super close to the center - just a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian street with most of the important places and bus connections. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the small fridge was a nice addition at over 30 °C (though it was not very powerful). Helpful staff.

The bathroom was very cramped. A lamp near the bed would be nice. The walls aren't very soundproof - I was between 2 other rooms and it got really noisy when someone took a shower. That's not great when the people in one room come home very late and the people in the other room get up very early. The street looked a bit scary when I arrived but it was fine.

Although there was a different person at the reception every day, each one tried to help.

We stayed for 5 days. When we asked for cleaning service, they said they would only change towels. As a result of our insistence, we were able to get a change of sheets and detailed cleaning. The TV does not work, the refrigerator is very noisy, there is no sound insulation in the rooms, we wanted an iron, the iron was so old that it did not work very well. It was really disappointing for the price we paid.
