Gym and wellness area is fantastic. Rooms are super quiet and large. Location is fantastic

Square Nine is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were all extremely attentive and helpful and just very nice people. Irene at the front desk speaks perfect English and told us everything we needed to know about getting around and what to see, made sure that the places we were going fo see would be open and is just a delightful person. The room was what you would expect. Little chocolates and slippers appear out of thin air.

Location great, hospitality is wonderfull, room are big, clean,with all needed facilities, great SPA, delicious breakfast, every person in the hotel staff is very kind and want to assist, when to mention especially Peter at the reception desk. Great value for money

EVERYTHING ! True 5-star hotel ! amazing arcature , ABSOLUTLY perfect location ! STAFF is best and polite , excellent service , full of beautiful people and celebrities' gorgeous lobby . Breakfast is one the best ever ( i have been to more than 100 counties ) Perfectly design logistically and convenience - spa , sauna, steam room , gym and pool . rooftop restaurant is a must. Quality and amenities in the room and thru out hotel ! too much to list.

Language barriers with a few of the staff. This is understandable, the problem is how they handled the situation. It was like they ignored or snubbed me and I was standing there not knowing what to do because I was sure they heard me. It took a while for me to realize that they either are not fluent or dont speak English. Note however that most of the staff can speak english. I only happened to have encounter with two who are not quite fluent on my first day - electrician and cleaner. Im sure they didnt mean to make me feel snubbed.

The hotel interior is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is super friendly! Petar the concierge was super helpful!

Nothing, we liked everything!

The hotel management is not guest oriented and not ready to settle issues.

We recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a luxury experience given it’s listed as a member of Leading Hotels of the World and the steep price tag of €700 per night. We rented two rooms – one for ourselves and one for our granddaughter – expecting a high level of comfort and quality. Unfortunately, the experience was far from five-star.To our shock, we found a bug right in the bed, under the bed sheet – we felt it ourselves. One issue is that early November is not a season for the bugs and another one is that the bug was discovered being under the bed sheet. Question arise about sense of cleanness not suitable for the hotel of the LHW system. When we reported this issue to management, their response was highly disappointing: they offered only a 50% discount on one night’s stay. It felt as though they were indifferent to both guest satisfaction and basic cleanliness standards.Additionally, the hotel claims the tap water is drinkable, yet it came out muddy – a troubling sign for a supposedly luxury hotel. We were also surprised to find no free bottled water provided in the room for the day, despite the high price.We are 60 and have been travelling over the world for about 30 years, staying in 4 or 5 star hotels and also in LHW, Four Seasons and One and Only and can admit that problems during accomodation happens everywhere. The most important from our point of view is not an issue, but the way the hotel management settles it. And what we can not accept and exuse is unwillingness provide customer satisfaction and arrogant frases sort of " that's all we have for you" ))).In conclusion, this hotel does not deserve its five-star rating or its place in the Leading Hotels of the World. I would strongly recommend that travelers looking for a true luxury experience consider other options.

Location is perfect, roof restaurant is good and beautifully decorated . The main restaurant serving breakfast is airy with lots of light

Rooms were not cleaned properly neither were bathrooms!

The lobby design is nice

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in a 5 star hotel. It was probably more like a 2 star. Very limited selection. One bowl of questionable fruit, 50gr of salmon for the entire hotel (it was fully booked), 4 slices of bread… it was just unspeakable. The sink would fill up bringing up soap/bubbles from what was washed there before. It’s quite disgusting to look at old dirty water from previous guests..The room floor was never washed, instead they sprayed air refreshner everywhere including the bed and when I asked for the duvet to be changed as I started having allergic reaction to the strong smell, the reception told me the house keeping was gone for the night and they couldn’t do anything. This is not what you expect for this money. The a/c was very loud and it was difficult to rest when it’s so noisy.

Excellent location. Clean. Very good restaurant.

People smoking inside + very bad ventilation. After 20 minutes your clothes will be smelling like cigarette smoke. Highly uncomfortable given that 65% of people in the lobby and the restaurant are smoking. Very rude lobby bar staff. Services listed on the website are very exaggerated. For example, airport transfer is non existent - had to take a taxi.

Inner swimming pool very cold, not confortable at all; Small room. Hotel not appropriate for small children, should be labelled "adults only". There is no wheelchair/stroller acess at the main entrance.

The hotel itself is relatively small, so it’s not that crowded. Spa is very good. Interior is discreet, but well-detailed. Some quite luxury.

Pre-authorization payment was charged as well as check-out payment. So I was charged twice until I contact my bank. You’d better improve the payment process.Btw, the Square restaurant hostess wasn’t friendly, she didn’t allow us to have a seat in the restaurant, saying it’s all reserved, although it was almost empty and had no reservation signs. When we finally got the table and our dinner, we didn’t see anyone coming for 2 hours.

Everything is just right at the Square nine Hotel: perfect location and service, great architecture, very good restaurants. We had three rooms as a large family. We were kindly given an upgrade.We'd love to come back and will be advertising it in Berlin.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast

Smoking lobby, smoking restaurants - in the hotel and in the city in general. No place to have a coffee inside without smokers around, forget about a meal.

Clean and spacious room. Very good restaurant's and food. Pleasant lobby bar area.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Perfect service, incredibly friendly and competent, on top of super design. Wish one could find hotels like these in other European cities. Also wish my business would bring me back to Belgrade more often, so that I can stay at the hotel... :)

Absolutely nothing to criticise!

We absolutely loved out stay. Staff was fantastic! We will be back soon! Everyone was super friendly and doing an excellent job. The atmosphere was cozy and clean and detail oriented. We loved it.

We didn't like the fact that you were allowed to smoke indoors. As non-smokers, we found it horrible. But we understood, that this is the case everywhere in Belgrade. A shame, I hope the law changes soon.

One of the best designed hotels I have been to.Nothing extravagant, but you feel so well in these interiors. Location is perfect.Food at the breakfast was very good.

Amazing location lobby and swimming pool. Kind staff. Beautiful location and tasty food. Convenient parking.

Asked at night for some disinfectant (had a cut) and night staff was clueless. For a 5 star not great. No electric plug in the lobby that is a bit absurd as many people working there.

The breakfast was incredible - great food, good buffet.The pool, fitness center and spa were AMAZING. I went every morning because it was so great.
