Zepter Hotel Belgrade, member of Zepter Hotels

The staff is truly excellent. The hotel has a small parking garage that is usually full, but after I explained that I needed frequent access to my car during the day due to business meetings, the team made every effort to arrange a spot for me. This showed a very warm and professional approach and made me feel genuinely welcome.The gym is excellent, offering everything needed for a proper workout. The sauna is also very good — I didn’t have much time to enjoy it this time, but I definitely will on my next visit.The rooms are very well equipped: each one features the Zepter air control system, and the Zepter coffee and tea machines are of very high quality, reflecting the brand’s high standards.

Great staff! They gave me good discount of Zepter products, which turned my stay even cheaper... Zepter shop just in few minutes short walk Great Fitnes center. Rooms and fitness center equipped with a Zepter products - starting from coffee machine and finally air control system.

Initially the room was missing the kettle (only coffee maker, although there were tee bags), but I had only to ask the receptionist and the kettle was provided.

I had a suite which is located in a very narrow corner. Neither me nor the hotel had control over the air-condition temperature. It was hot all the time, and when I asked them to turn it off or lower the temperature, they told me they have no control over it and the only solution is to open the windows as well!!!

First of all, I liked the location of the hotel very much. It is very close to everywhere and it is a reliable location. When we think of the hotel, the staff are very polite and helpful people. The food is good, the rooms are very clean and if I go to Serbia again, I will definitely go to this hotel.

Fantastic hotel! We were upgraded to a bigger suite. The room was spacious, and the staff was accommodating. The hotel is very central and in a great location!

The breakfast was a little limited, but the hotel was so nice that it wasn’t so important.

Everything was perfect. I got a room upgrade and it was so overwhelming. It was very clean and comfortable. Especialy the staff were so friendly and caring. When I come to Belgrade again, I definitely want to stay in this Hotel again!

The Air condition didn’t work as well as the lift. My room was on the 6th floor :(Bathroom needs renovation!

Great spacious, very comfortable room.

On the day of our check-in (Sunday), the elevator in the hotel was not working, and our room was on the fifth floor. The young man at the reception helped us lift our very heavy suitcases. Another porter ignored this fact during the check-out, and the husband lowered all the luggage on his own. Due to the Belgrade heat, due to the fact that the elevator was not working, I could not even leave the room for a walk. We were not given a discount or a room on the floor below.There is no tea, free water, there are coffee capsules, but no sugar. The three of us stopped by, we had to ask for an additional set of third underwear.

Location, huge apartments

Climatisation was a malfunction, I needed to open windows during the night and the traffic noise was awful. During booking, they said the room had a garden view, but they said they were full and sorry.

walking distance to everywhere. The location is very central. There is a taxi and bus stop in front of hotel. The receptionists were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is very nice and delicious.The waiters were very kind and attentive. We will meet again !

Heating system doesn’t work between 00.00-07.00.The room was cold even at noon.
