The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was a very welcome touch. Room was spacious and clean.

Bed was extremely firm- as hard as any bed I've ever slept on, and the shower doors open in such a manner that a larger person than me would not squeeze through.

Good breakfast, good location, large and clean room.

Although we booked the room with parking, we had to leave the car in the middle between other cars, only for it to be later moved to a parking spot. On top of that, they asked for the car key so hotel staff could move it.When we pointed out that we had already paid for parking and that it wasn’t acceptable to leave the car like that, we were told to go park elsewhere and pay there as well.

We think that the value for money ratio wasn't so great.

Proper sized double bed (everywhere else had been single beds placed together). Staff lovely and helpful.

It had a broken shower head and the breakfast was not the greatest. First day, they had ham in all their scrambled eggs and the fruit looked old. Had a knock at the door to tell us it was time to check out 10mins before check out time. The room was very dates but clean.

Very old furniture. Dirty walls, noisy room. Summer is very hot in the room and the air conditioner is extremely dirty inside - pure pneumonia! You can't sleep with open window because of the noise from the street. The refrigerator is dirty and moldy. The smell in the bathroom is like in a public toilet. Mold in the shower cabbin and rusty appliances. Mediocre breakfast, better without.

The location was great so was the staff. Everyone were vey kind and lovely. Bed is comfortable too. ?

A nice value hotel. Staff is great and helpful. The breakfast is good and there is a parking space which is an excellent bonus, although if you're not lucky and the hotel is full, there may not be a space for you.

It was OK. The location is good, the breakfast is OK, comfortable bed.

A bit noisy. Parking is located in front of the entrance, when a lot of cars are parked, it's hard to get out from the hotel.

The bathroom was far from clean, the same for the bed sheets, furthermore the walls are dirty and the furniture is old... As it is possible to see from the photos of the property, they are more than fake and do not correspond to the actual situation of the hotel.We did not even take a shower for 2 days because it was really disgusting how the bathtub looked like, with the walls full of mould and stains.Breakfast was another nightmare: cold egg, even the bread did not taste good or fresh.

Great hotel and great location.Very close to the tram station and many buses close to the area.A kebab shop just outside the hotel and also 2 supermarkets.The breakfast was also included and I would say it's decent, it's included a variety of coffee (all in a machine), sausages, omelettea, ham, cheese, fruits, butter, cereal.

Good price for the location of the hotel and fills its purpose for someone on a business trip/transit and alike! Close to the city center so good for errands.

There was no warn water the first evening, and half of the shower door was missing. The other half kind of hanged there in an awkward way, as if it might slide out if one tried to pull it a bit to close in the shower. Nothing that bothered me that much as it was rather warm, but it would not be fun times if it was winter!

It was very noisy even with the windows closed; upon check in I found multiple hair on the bedsheets; parking was super full and we had to park elsewhere - though to be fair we were offered to leave the keys so that staff would park our car behind some other vehicles but we didn’t want it blocked

The room was big and the hotel was nearby a bus station.

The room was far from clean. The floor was dirty, the bed sheets and towels had hair on them and a terrible odor. The bathroom also had a foul smell, and there was visible mold around the shower cabin. The trash bin had no liner, so you had to throw waste directly into it. Breakfast was very disappointing, with limited options, and even the coffee was of poor quality.The pillows were uncomfortable, and the bed creaked every time we moved.This hotel does not deserve its 3-star rating; at best, it should be rated 2 stars.

The room was a great size and clean

I couldn't work the TV. No hot drink making facilities and the base of the shower cubicle leaked badly.

I like many things..Hotel was great, staff is friendly and fine, the breakfast is very very good, value is also very good.I am satisfied and I recommend this hotel to everyone.
