Good locatin, clean, great and helpful staff, variety of food for brekfast. Very pleasant experience.

Great price, near some quality food. They didn’t charge me for a day when I had a mishap and missed a day. So that was cool.

when we arrived, after a long way, the room they prepared for us was not cleaned. i can understand that it happend from time to time, but they need about an hour to manage to give us another room. in the end they gave us another room

Parking is nearby. And really tasty breakfast. Hotel afforded us to take some food for our trip. I like it!

Everything was nice. Good location, very nice staff, good breakfast, clean and nice room.

The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming — and that’s where the positives end.

She kindly gave me a room on the ground floor, described as having a terrace, at no extra charge. However, it turned out to be just a small outdoor space facing dull concrete blocks — definitely not what you'd expect from a "terrace." The photos on Booking.com did not reflect the actual room or the breakfast area. The shower was broken and not clean, with an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The toilet bowl was loose, and there was no Netflix as advertised.Breakfast was made with low-quality ingredients, and the staff member present was neither polite nor welcoming. Tables and chairs were noticeably worn, adding to the overall run-down feel of the place.This location is in serious need of renovation and certainly doesn’t live up to a 3-star rating. If I had another option and wasn’t being charged, I wouldn’t have stayed even half an hour.

The hotel is quite good for the money spent. The front desk guys were very kind and helpful with real smiles! The breakfast was outstanding, especially the hot bakery made probably in the hotel’s kitchen. The waitress lady was also very attentive . People, make and keep it fully booked all year round !

Breakfast was very good, the eating place isn't that big but the lady there was super nice made sure to refill all the items and very helpful

This could be only our room 11 there was a humming sound constantly during the night, first I thought it was the fridge but seemed to be from an outside part of an Aircon not related to the building and this could be temporary bur with tiredness travel we managed to sleep for our one night. I think the great staff would fix it if you are staying longer than a night and if you tell them.

It is a basic hotel, we had a small economic room, good for 1 night stop.Very close you can find the bus station and you can get to center Belgrade very fast.It has many restaurants around.The staff was really greatThe breakfast was not good, very basic.But the price was very good

Catastrophe

Very dirty place, rooms with hard smell of cigarettes, stinky bathroom with mold, broken AC, dirty towels and blankets, noisy groups in the apartments after 01:00AM. Definitely disappointed me, on the pictures everything looks good until you arrive and see the reality.
