the property is extremely clean and the staff really eagers to help you. everything else is a complete disaster.

the internet is horrible, the hotel location is so far that even taxi drivers could not find it. The breakfast is ok, but it is inside a very smokey hall.

Big parking.

very old styled, during my stay here i had flash backs of Roman era. Felt being in 1950s. Lamps were really from that time. in the evening there was marriage ceremony at hotel, they played music and danced in full volume without considering about people staying at hotel.

The staff is great, rooms are ok, bus stop nearby to reach the center

Hotel need complete remodeling, from loby to room. Breakfast is not like in other hotels. It is quite poor. Room are soooo smal, and wordrobes are on the entrance.

Team is really good. Reception ladies help much. Thanks to all. Gym is also good and big. I want to thank to all gym, restaurant, cleaning and receptionist team all.

The Internet connection: A NIGHTMARE!Very far away from everything, very noisy and old (bad isolation) and room really small. The restaurant in the box is scary. All the proposed activities (sauna, gym, swimming pool etc..) need to be paid in addition.

It was a bad hotelThe worst hotel I've ever stayed in.It is bad to look different in the photos and be different.It is bad to take advantage of people who travel and need sleep.The walls were made of pressed paper and you could hear everything from the next room.Unfortunately I did not think to take a picture of the cockroach in the bathroom.The breakfast I did not touch would not be eaten even by the cockroach in the bathroom.

The internet was terrible. It was constantly broken, no connection on all my devices and in general it was just like working for a second then not working for ages. I understand staff probably haven't got enough capabilities to do something about it and overall it's decision of owner on how to manage the hotel. What happened is that they only could reset the router and as I predicted and told them - it didn't help. However, I expected that staff, especially lady in night shift to be more apologetic or at least a bit nicer about it, since these days in 21st century the internet is one of the essential service, like water or electricity. She kept saying no other guests have complaints and that it works for her. We had to be outside in the hall, with some other guests to have at least some access to the internet.They said to us that something will be fixed next day, but nothing at all was improved during all three days of our stay.Staff at the restaurant was rude at the breakfast when pointing out what tables are free to use.Breakfast was not so decent. If you don't eat eggs, you get just some plain cooked sausages with old bread and bit of mustard.

Broken bed. No hot water. Dirty tablecloths and plates/coffee cups.

when we walked into the hotel it was quiet but at night there were a lot of guys shouting loudly and running in the hall

It was clean, parking available

Bit of issues with warm water for shower, there was none up until I phoned front desk. They resolved it within 10 minutes. There's no desk or table of any kind in case you want to eat since location restaurant is closed due to covid 19.
