Luxury hotel in every aspect. Best staff, best service. Definitely will be back! The lobby already looks like premium room - I would happy to stay even there, if someone asked me?Special thanks to Mia from reception for so much help with my complicated requests - she was really involved in all of them and gave me fill deepest hospitality! Sorry to lose my chance to thank Mia personally, but it was my fault. Alfred, thank you for not leaving me for one night!

I strongly recommend this hotel, which has an excellent location and is located in a very quiet street

I booked a classic single room, which was fine but too small. So I requested and paid for an upgrade to an executive room. Even though breakfast was supposed to be complimentary with this upgrade, and I only had just one breakfast at the buffet, they charged me 20 euros per day for breakfasts that I didn't had.

Usually we like to visit new places, try different hotels, but after visiting Saint Ten - one is sure. Next time I visit Belgrade, Saint Ten will be my place to stay.Cosy, homy, welcoming, great service, delicious food, helpful stuff..., everything you need to have pleasant stay/holidays.

Everything is perfect. Personnels are really nice and friendly. The location is good and close to all places to visit.

The overall hotel experience exceed my expectations.Beautiful room, pleasant restaurant area with great food choice on the menu. Special mention should be made to the fantastic staff throughout the hotel, it’s a wonderful service especially at the reception desk. The Hotel is an absolut recommendation, it has been a great pleasure being guest at the Saint Ten hotel once again and I definitely look forward to coming back.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are pleasant. Room service works perfectly.

We had a room with a view of the dirty roof of the neighboring building; in my opinion, the hotel should offer such rooms at a significant discount. The cleanliness of the shower was not good; there were visible signs of mold, and the toilet seat was not properly attached.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. I was packing my luggage and my 10 months baby was sitting on the floor (I put a few towels and duvet to cover the carpet) playing with his toys. When I saw he put smth plastic in his mouth, I took it out and realized that it was used Covid test tube with somebody’s saliva! I attach the photo to prove it. So I think the previous client left it in the room and they didn’t clean our room properly before our arrival! I immediately shared this situation with the reception and they proposed me to send this tube to check it on the main illnesses and for sure Covid immediately. General manager assured me that they would check everything and text me immediately. So in the end nobody texted me, I texted general manager by myself and they didn’t do the test which was promised to me. They just sent me a strange doc not even in English and it was a basic test on bacterias, not illnesses and not Covid. Also they sent the tube to the laboratory only 2 days after we left. Total irresponsibility and bad attitude to health of clients.

Amazing amenities in a quiet area of Belgrade. Great location, very close to St Sava and close to the city centre and other key attractions. Staff were exceptionally hospitable & accommodating. Great value

The whole team, stuff was just amazing! Unbelievably friendly all over the stay! Guys at the reception, bell boys, Sanja at breakfast-you all made our stay unforgettable. The complementary mini bar and coffee and juice by the check up is not a big deal for the hotel, but was so much appreciated by us! The most friendly team we have met during our last stays all over the world! I guess I was the most frequent driver and the guys had to take my car out from the garage sometimes 3 times a day, as well as put it down again, but not a single time they showed that they were not happy with that ;) we will come back for sure!
