clean and very nice staff

Very good hotel. Three years I use it during the fairs (10-11 days long). Good restaurants near by.

If you like to sleep with open window, it is noisy from the street, especially early on the morning.

Excellent breakfast. Many options even for gluten free diet. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Comfortable for single traveler too as it is in the good neighborhood. Rooms are very clean and newly furnitshed.

It would be great to have indication of where rooms are facing: garden or street view at the booking time.

Nice hotel with great and super helpful staff! The breakfast is ok. Free parking next to the hotel. Room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Would stay there again!

Room was good size as well as bathroom. Staff was very pleasant and what surprised me the most was one small detail. When I turn on TV, program was set on my language. Was it coincidence? Or this is how they show respect for the guest, I don't know. But I find this very nice geste. Most I liked was breakfast as I can't eat eggs, there was enough variations to have a very good breakfast. And for sure I'm coming back.

Very friendly, professional and supportive staff. Excellent breakfast. Green area, nice restaurant down the street, convenient supermarket next to the hotel.

The TV had some issues with the signal, but it was not a big issue - you just have to wait a minute, or switch off and try later.

Easy to access and open parking. The receptionist was very helpful and kind.

The breakfast needs urgent upgrade. Very limited choice and very small buffet. There was blood in our bed.No elevator which is weird from a new hotel. No free water in the room.

Confortable and accessible hotel. We stayed for one night here while on a road trip. It was easy to get to the hotel and then to get out on the highway to continue our trip. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location. From the hotel to the city centre the taxi is 15-20 euros, but on the way back in the evening the prices are different aster 12:00 and the taxi was 50 euros.

The hotel is very nice and modern, breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly and polite. It is a good place to relax after exploring the city.

The rooms downstairs are right above a supermarket, which meant that in the first morning we were woken up by the employees supplying the market right under our window. At least it didn't take long.

Was clean and decent, would be good at max. half the price, with accurate info about no shampoo, etc. . Staff was very friendly and trying to be helpful.

Greedy, bad management. 1. the app changed nr. of guests from 1 to 2 when I edited the search settings, the hotel charged me for 2 people though I was one, they didn't allow me to cancel and rebook, nor changed it and refused to call booking. com. 2. The receptionist was polite and nice, what is needed is correct information and training by management, esp. when he calls them about issue. I lost half an hour with useless discussions after I had had a 12 hr day.3. Room size and info incorrect. Room tiny, the size of room in student dorm, with less facilities. 4. Didn't likemattress, nor down (feather pillows). 5. no shampoo, etc. 6. No space for work, cluttered dresser (or mini bar desk). 7. I was woken up during the night by lights reflecting back from mirror on me, coming from door (hallway), noise from ventilation in other rooms, noise, mosquitoes,... plus I was freezing, even after adjusting the air conditioning, kept blowing only cold air. I slept a couple of hours, not more 8. View was of huge vent blowing who knows what, and of road directly!! in front of window, with dogs being walked there and barking. 9. parking small and not locked. 10. location not great for 1st time visitors. On top of supermarket btw. 11. Price is totally out of proportion, I was so disappointed, I expected relaxing great hotel, not uncomfortable, basic super small room. Depressing colors, no pictures. 12. Dark! way to room. 13. At that price, a small bottle of water would be nice at least.
