The location is so convenient for travelers that would like to be close to downtown. The hotel is also located right next door to an amazing park, Kalemegdan, and the Belgrade Fortress. It is connected well to public transport too.

Our stay at Fera was wonderful. The hotel offered a spacious room, equipped with all needed commodities. It is also perfectly located, at the heart of the Dorćol neighborhood, and close to many dining options.

The only small negative note we could share is that curtains did not completely block outside light, so that there was no effective way of darkening the room in the early morning.

An excellent newly renovated hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a perfect location!

Location and access to the hotel were nice. Staff was nice enough to put a refrigerator to our room free of charge.

Construction of the water closet leaves much to be desired. One wash results in splashes of water everywhere, since the shower is not properly separated.

Great plate to stay great host scharming neighbourhoos. Slose to great retaurants and post shops. Will come back deffinetly.

The room was super spacious. The location is great. Everything in walking distance.

There is a pretty big window right in front of the bed to the hallway with some thin foil on it and that light in the hallway is on all night. So I had to buy a sleeping mask because it was always pretty bright in the room.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this place. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and everything was beyond my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel at home. Their kindness and professionalism created such a positive experience that I will always remember. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only comfort but also heartfelt hospitality

The location was really great as well as room itself and the staff. As well I was pleasantly surprised that my room was upgraded.❤️

The wi-fi was really too slow. As well it could be hard to get to the top floor with your luggage without an elevator (if you are a girl and your suitcase is huge — my case?).

The hotel is in a newly-renovated building situated in a quiet courtyard with lovely leaf-covered exterior walls. Our room was spacious and had a super-comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, in particular helping us order taxis.

We had one key frustration: the WiFi signal in our room was very weak. Granted, we were in the room furthest from reception, which is presumably where the WiFi box is located. Life without WiFi for a couple of days isn't the end of the world. However, we felt that this is the sort of detail that a hotel in this price range really should have sorted. (A similar lack of attention to detail was evident in only providing one tea bag each - and no coffee - for the full three-night duration of our stay. We had our own tea and coffee, but the lack of attention to detail still niggled.) Finally, as Fera is such a small hotel, the staff are constantly multi-tasking and are unable to staff the reception desk full-time. They did, however, provide a WhatsApp number and were good at responding.

The door was not quite soundproof, it would be nice to have a thicker one.

Everything is great, location is very convenient and close to major points of interest in the city and transport so it's a perfect place for a first visit in my opinion. There are also very cozy breakfast and lunch shops nearby so you're never far away from a cup of expertly made coffee or pastries. The rooms also aren't facing the streets but a small courtyard so it's very quiet.

The room was a little humid at times, ventilation could be better especially when it was cold.

Location and helpful staff

Inadequate sound insulation: I could hear the neighbour's TV sound at night, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Pretty central location, close to all the restaurants and cultural sites, huge boiler, teapot is available, enough towels. Easy contactless check in and check out, i did not see anyone in the hotel :D

When I entered the room i did not understand why the AC was heating the room to the 30 degrees, so i switched it off. When i came back to the room after some time, i realized why. It was freezing cold in the room, bathroom floor was terribly cold, not possible to walk barefoot. Also, the minibar was half empty, there was no water in the room (neither complimentary, not for money), even in the mini-bar fridge, such a shame. In addition, the minibar fridge is located right in front of the bed and the light from the fridge is annoying, so i had to switch it off.

Clean, cozy, warm rooms. Next to city center. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The corridor leading to the hotel was dirty and very dark in the night. Arrangement of furniture in the rooms was not practical, the toilet was almost blocking the entrance of the shower , so it was getting all wet. Also no place to hang the towels. The mattress was auful, hard and not easy on your back when sleeping.Nonetheless is a new hotel with room to improve but we had a pleasant stay for the short time we stayed. Thank you to the reception staff.

Overall it was a good place for an alone traveller. The place was quite central, it was easy to take the bus and tram. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I would mention is there is no lift. So if you are on the 3rd floor like me you have to carry your luggage up and down.

The crew are helpful and friendly people. They helped me on how to travel. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to places to visit.

There was a problem with cleaning the bed covers. Also need to add slippers to the room.
