Great location. Affordable and clean.

No street access to easily get luggage in. Parking garage is fairly close but it’s a bit far with luggage.

It had a perfect location and very good breakfast selection. The staff was very attentive to my needs. The room was very clean and had all the necessary equipment.

My stay at the Belgrade Art Hotel was excellent in every respect. The facilities are modern and comfortable, the rooms perfectly clean, and the breakfast absolutely delicious — a rich variety of fresh and high-quality options.But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone I met was professional, kind, and genuinely eager to help. I had an unexpected situation after my stay: I accidentally left my wallet in the room, with all my cards and documents inside. The hotel staff immediately located it and kept it safe. Since courier companies refused to handle such a shipment, an employee from the front office, personally took the initiative to deliver the sealed envelope to the travel agency that could send it to Greece. Thanks to her help and the hotel’s exceptional service, the wallet reached me safely a few days later.

They may want to increase the lobby size (it’s tiny) and include black out blinds on some of their rooms

Fantastic location right on Knez Mihailova. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and on duty 24 hours. Thank you for the room upgrade :). Large comfortable room with a Nespresso machine. Close to all the sights, cafes, and the bus station.

Wifi was very patchy and the shower was only ever warm water, never hot.

Breakfast was not as described . Also, I pay twice the value for the Breakfast. My friends book same price with me 2 persons. Me 1 person and force me to pay morePoor internet all day and spending time on calls never reply back to me.I dislike the behaviour of the frond desk about the internet is OKAlso I dislike the way they tell me that my booking is not included Breakfast. This poor Breakfast 5 euro you offer me for 20 euro.I am expecting explanation and not simple sorry. .

It is the perfect location in Belgrade. Hotel is high standard and the staff always very service minded. Big parking place just behind the hotel.

Staff were fantastic (from front desk, service and cleaning, to restaurant and cafe staff), rooms were extremely well cleaned and stocked and comfortable. Location is excellent, but if you are travelling with a lot of luggage, be warned that there is no direct access to the hotel lobby by car and some walking is required. Breakfast was great, but very 'western', it would have been nice to see some of the fantastic local foods on offer at the breakfast buffet. Great value for money, highly recommend it!

My husband and I recently spent a week at this lovely hotel in Belgrade, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! The location is simply amazing, right in the center of the city and just a short walk from the iconic Kalemegdan. It made our exploration of Belgrade's rich history and vibrant atmosphere so seamless.We would like to extend our gratitude to Milo, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Very good positioning, right in the center, good personnel, very good and diversified breakfast.

Lighting system in our room very complicated, bathroom switcher next to the door doesn't work you should turn on the light by a swicher next to the bed together with other lights in the room and so on.

Primo location! Lovely staff. Comfortable, quiet rooms. They even helped us to store our bikes.

It may have just been me, but I found the room safe a bit awkward to operate.

We recently stayed at art hotel and had an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect—close to everything and ideal for exploring the city. They provided great suggestions for attractions in the city and even surprised us with a cake when they found out it was my girlfriend's birthday, which was a lovely touch.Additionally, they allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, which made our departure stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend art hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Location was perfect for the city centre.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only downside to the location was walking from the car park to the hotel because the street was in the pedestrian area.

Amazing location and actually one of the best locations if you want to enjoy your stay in the main center of Capital Belgrade. Especially in the summer time you can enjoy Knez Mihailova and all nearby streets with amazing garden bars and restaurants. And we regularly return back to this Hotel… Rooms are super clean and breakfast is super delicious with all kind of variety of food, fruits, custom made omelet, croissants, etc.
