The staff is SUPERB! Rooms are very clean, property well maintained. Location exceptional (and view).

AC is centrally controlled so in wks where its cold and hot (flex temp), you cannot control your own AC. This time AAC was on, but one room never cooled off.

We have stayed there 3 years before and we were very satisfied so this time I immediately recommend for our business trip group. The staff is very helpfull and kind. The rooms are well equiped and nice, clean. The breakfast is very good and also the restaurant is very satisfying. The location is great, very close to many touristic places.Everybody in the group is very pleased with the hotel.

Location,the staff specially the information staff They are very kind and always ready to help & they allowed us to check in early.. breakfast is like 5 star with lots of choices..

There is no small toaster oven in the breakfast area. But not a big deal for us

A good walk uphill to the center

Very clean, new and modern design. Good breakfast. Polite and considerate staff, very responsive to customer needs. The hotel is located very close to center and important sightseeing places. Bed was huge, toiletries were good quality. I had everything I needed and felt amazing.

Some of the furniture had wearing signs, but I would say it's rather normal for a place where so many people transit.

Great foid in Belgrade. Easy to find. Nice enough and near attractions.

$200 US to do half a load of laundry and have a glass of orange juice. Kinda like the cabs there. Seems this is typical for the area.

Overall clean and nice room. The room with "garden" view is actually facing a wall with fake plants. Kind of quirky, but that's a vibe.

The bathroom was small and not very practical.

You’re not allowed to bring or order food from outside, which is pretty ridiculous. The only option is to buy from the hotel and then take it up to your room.

Very nice hotel, new and clean, modern decor. Nice service, good breakfasts with good omlette prepared upon request. Underground parking with elevator. Very close to the City Center, the Kalemegdan fortress and Danube. Restaurant serves good diners, but there are also few good restaurants nearby. Price very good for such location.

Water in the room served only on the first day (we got it also on fouth day). Very soft bed - some may like it, but for me it was too soft. Hand towels changed randomly. Minor things that do not affect overall good impression.

- great location near the river and many important landmarks of the city- the beds are so comfortable - the staff were nice and always supportive - breakfast has variety of food with some traditional Serbian cuisine - Sasha in particular was friendly and kind at the bar all times.

The design was super modern...the bed was really comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety to choose from (the pancakes were especially yummy) and you could get a very decent cup of coffee...the staff was very polite and helpful!?
