Excellent service, went above and beyond making our anniversary special, leaving us prosecco, cake and very kind note- thank you very muchChecking experience during the day. Excellent restaurant with great food and cocktails on the top floor and spa center - compliments for being open from 7-11pm, temperature of water really as said, not colder as in most of spa's. Very comfortable beds and rooms. We will be back.

Room temperature could be higher then 21C - yet this request was taken into consideration. Breakfast quality could be further improved, variety of choice is fine.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Enjoyed learning about the hotel's glamorous history and it was easy to reach all the places of interest in Belgrade from there - the Nikola Tesla museum is a stone's throw away. Great spa and wonderful staff. Ilija was particularly helpful in moving us to the best room for my young son (no high up window which could be dangerous) and Jelena was very understanding and accommodating - ensuring we enjoyed our stay to the maximum. Other hotel staff gave good advice about our sightseeing trips and taxis - and the rooftop bar was really nice.

The breakfast was not as good as one would expect for such a luxurious hotel - the fruits and vegetables weren't always that fresh for example, eggs looked a bit odd. Similarly, we didn't really like our room service or salad at the lobby bar - portions are big and heavy - but something smaller with better ingredients might be more enjoyable. I was a bit surprised that the hotel didn't have international plug adapters - as 5 star hotels like that usually do.

One of my favorite hotels in Belgrade. A hotel with history and great potential. A major advantage is its excellent design and architecture — a sophisticated and elegant place to stay. I am always happy to return.

The contemporary renovations could have been carried out with greater sensitivity to the hotel’s historical context. The current extension and the choice of furniture—particularly the armchairs in the lobby—have somewhat diminished the former mid-century character and the authentic feeling of staying in an important historical landmark.Further training of the staff would be beneficial. The breakfast is adequate, but with more sophistication and creativity it could better reflect the identity and reputation of Hotel Metropol.The spa area is very pleasant; however, some renovation would enhance the overall experience, as would refreshing certain rooms and bathrooms

Good value for money. Staff is kind and attentive. No problem with parking/garage. Hotel lobby is spacious. Comfortable room. Nice location.

Some kind of renovation with light colors would help the hotel to keep its competitiveness. Some occasional noise from the street could be bothersome for sensitive people.

the hotel is old but maintained very well. The staff is great, respond and act fast. The location is great, close to parks and restaurants.

rooms I would prefer few more meters. There was useless coach in the middle, breakfast was almost excellent, location was overall good, a bit off the center

The lobby bar closes too early and we are not in the center where you can find alternativeand only one restaurant. first night it was booked for private event and we were sent to the lobby bar/room service

You hear noise from the windows, something annoying when sleeping.

It’s a good property but always busy, it’s worn down more than the last time I visited

My main door was broken from the hinges, luckily didn’t fall on anyone. It was fixed in 20mins but that only means they badly need to start renovating.

Smoking is still permitted, and in the room it was a feeling that everything smells smoky

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but unfortunately, we were deluded with the quality of the room and hotel. Hotel is outdated, old furniture and most of all, kept dirty. We had to have a room change, because the kettle in our room has exploded. In the new room, which the management said was 3 times upgrade, was a same room on the ground floor. Bathroom in the new room was leaking and we had to clog it with the towel.
