Hotel Srbija-FREE PARKING

You see is what you get. It is not perfect. One of the Belgrade symbols is waiting for an investor and the last major update to the rooms may have happen in the 80s. The staff and everyone involved are clearly trying to make the best out of the situation, and I appreciate that very much. This hotel has an untapped potential to be one of the highlights of this area of the city, and it would be so worth it. One of the best views of Belgrade. Period. Reception is quite helpful at all times. Restaurant makes the simplest of meals a delight for the eyes and the tongue.

I am ok. My expectations were not sky high and I got what I paid for. It all could look much prettier if everyone had money. but as it is, few do. I loved my stay here and will be coming back when i need it.

PARKING AND LOCATION

DIRTY DUSTY ROOM, BALCONY AND WINDOW DOORS FALLING IN PART, PILLOWS DIRTY AND IN PEACES, NO POWER POINT , NO GLASSES IN BATHROOM, NO SOAP AND NO CLEANING STUFF. VERY UN FRIENDLY AND UNSAFE.

Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great view. Nice neighborhood.

The breakfast was good.

It was not clean, and there is no heating in Economy room , aircondition was not working at all.

Girls on the reception was very friendly and polite. It was clean and hot room. Good breakfast

Maybe some refreshing of interior will be good, but again most probably it will increase the cost of overnight.

This place immediately has to kick out from booking. Everything was disaster. I never had such a bad experience all my life. The hotel was from 60's and never repaired. Furnitures also from same times. I couldn't stayed in the room not more than 5 mins.

.Restaurant in the hotel is fairly good. Correct prices and service.Staff is perfect and the hotel rooms are clean. It is suitable to sleep over a few days in Belgrade.

It is an old high building, so it has its limitations. Bacause a city highway is close, it is bit noisy. The rooms and furnitures are old fashioned, however everything is all right for a one or two night ling stay.

Only Location is ok

Old , crappy interior and noisy nearby motor ways . Smelly carpets and dirty closet .

The worst service I have ever met in a hotel

I absolutely did not like the attitude of the staff to vacationers. The bed was very narrow, I asked for a wider one, but they refused to replace it. It turned out that breakfast was not paid (although I booked a room with breakfast). The staff came to me at the breakfast and asked to pay for it during the eating process.For the first time I meet such a non-customer-oriented service in a hotel.

Very clean room and I had everything I needed. Kind staff, good location near markets, restorants , farmacy and bus station- all in 2 minutes. Hotel also has nice caffee garden in shadow - perfect during extreme hot weather while I was there.

There was Coffee and kettle for hot water in the room.

Hotel was so old, it is remained from Soviet Union I guess.However they tried to sette hotel features, the hotel is just for passing the night.Also there was a mistake about the room reservation that we reserved two rooms but they gave us three rooms and even we said there was a mistake they took three rooms fee different than the price we reserved on booking.com.If we knew that we had to pay that money we would reserved a more comfortable and cleaner room.

Staff is amazing !! Kristina, Vesna and all others were absolutely amazing ! Very helpful and so friendly !! They were the best !!

Bad

Air-conditioning wasn't working, then they changed the room, then the air conditioning stopped working during the night, and I needed to change the room once again. I didn't stay there the 2nd day...

Staff was great, friendly and professional. Breakfast - rich, tasty and satisfying. Parking spot reserved in advance and the spot was reserved for us, despite the late arrival. Everything negotiated was confirmed as received. 20 mins by bus to the city centre and we received detailed explanations how to buy bus tickets and everything.

Lobby/ground floor and the restaurant on the 18th floor were the only renovated. But rooms and facilities were the same as if they were my age (and probably are). The hotel was full due to event and there were only 2 elevators working with maximum load of 4 people. The breakfast was served in the restaurant on the 18th floor. It was impossible to reach to the restaurant using the elevators. They were stopping on the floors only when going down and when 3 people were in, the overload alarm was on, so 4 people were impossible to enter. We needed to climb the stairs up and down for the 2 breakfasts we had. Unplanned morning hike. Rooms were a perfect example of Jugo Soc interior. Furniture - the bare minimum - double bed (comfortable though), desk, chair, non-openable windows, CRT TV. Bathroom - the cherry of the pie. I can't remember the last time I saw white rectangular porcelain wall tiles, but the hotel reminded me about their existence. Toilet - unmatching seat, but spare toilet paper was available both days of my stay.Still, the quality corresponds to the price. If you need cost efficient hotel for sleep over and bathroom to shower for a short stay - hotel Belgrade is decent and covering the expectations. 20 mins to city centre by bus and the bus stop is just next to the hotel. Don't have high expectations.

The location was nice. coffee worked well upstairs. downstairs the machine made very metallic tasting coffee.Great staff very friendly very helpful.

The facilities are so old the whole hotel stinks.. This is probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been at. The bathroom door in the room couldn’t close all the way and didn’t lock. The staff in the restaurant were rude. Overall the ratio value for money is really bad
