Hotel Orasac

The beds were comfortable, nice breakfast, there is a free parking in front of the hotel, which was a big plus for us as we were traveling by car.

It may be a bit better cleaned up.

No elevator, only one TV channel

Just a note that hotel doesn't have an elevator but it's only 3 floors and all rooms are on 2nd and 3rd

We’ve stayed here many times due to needing to be in this part of the city but the hotel had its drawbacks. The hotel staff is very nice, the rooms are nice but a little dated. The rooms and dirty and the housekeeping department needs an overhaul.

Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Dirty floors. They only vacuum every three days and it shows. Sheets can only be changed every three days. I don’t think our bathroom was even cleaned from the previous guests. The phone was disgusting and dirty. The cleanliness of the room was poor.

AC not typical in Europe and can be hot on top floor when temps rise above 36 and AC not very good.

We spent a night there(saturday - sunday), and in the hotel restaurant(rooms are basically above the restaurant) they organized birthday party. It lasted until 1AM, so, we didn't have a good sleep.

The room was with a strong tobacco smell. The breakfast was poor and not tasty. The AC is in an attached room and does not help much when it is hot. Therefore we had to open the windows and there was always someone chatting loudly and smoking.

The location is very suitable, away from city center, convenient parking. Easy access to the center by public transport.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

There was a bad stale smell in the bathroom throughout my stay. The food at the breakfast was very oily, there were no fresh vegetables and I had to ask for water, as it was not readily available. There was no place to sit at the reception, it was very uncomfortable as I had to wait there standing for about 30 mins.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food in the restaurant. Good location.

I got a room that smells very strongly of tobacco. Of the two windows, one cannot be opened and the other is very high, so I can't open that one either. The lamp next to the bed doesn't work, the lamp on the table doesn't work and the less bright light in the bathroom doesn't work. Toilet paper was not brought in two days in a row.

Great hotel. Spacious room/apartment, more than enough for my family and children.

Clean, big and comfortable room. Friendly at reception. Nice and quiet location. Really convenient place if you make a stop travelling to north Europe, close to the high way.

The room was absolutely huge, with very comfortable beds. There was a balcony and outside there are plenty of trees, which make the hotel intimate although it's near some tall apartment buildings. The breakfast was surprisingly rich as well, given the price we paid for the room.

The room was quite big enough for a family and some staff was very helpful and polite

However, some staff (the young waiter and barmen lady) was not polite. Their face was very cold and they don't look at me when they give my order at the bar table. They make me feel like I am taking their time.

Rooms were spacious and clean, and beds were comfortable.

Wifi connection was terrible, quite a bit of noise in the morning (we were near the laundry room), breakfast was not great. Bill paid was with a very unfavourable rate (not at all the price in Euros as per booking.com website).Overall maintenance and upkeep needs to be improved (shower head wouldn't stay up, TV not working, cracked tiles, peeling paint...)
