We never drink soda (we are three elderly people aged 74, 66, and 62). We really liked this hotel, but this incident during check-out spoiled our overall impression of our stay there.

Conveniently located center of city, easy walking distance to lots of shopping, sights. Food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Gym very nice and easy to use. Would recommend and stay here again

If you are picky about spa, you can find it too small and with very limited amount of facilities. The rest is ok

This is the second year we’ve come during a major heatwave and the AC in the room couldn’t bring the temperature down. Not sure if this is the issue when outside temperatures are not crazy high. Internet connection is not always the best. The hotel staff could only provide us with one key card as they didn’t have enough. A minor inconvenience,’ but for a hotel of this caliber, this should not be happening.
The hotel has a great location. The old architecture is beautiful and the staff is positive.
One of the three rooms had a very bad smell, we had to change rooms on the second day. This room should not be given customer.

Aircondition is not sufficient. But it is an old hotel so it is limited what can be done.
The staff is amazing, we stay here every time we visit Serbia and we have always had a great stay here. Our stay this time, our room was a bit small, and my husband asked if we could be moved and we were moved right away. The accommodations are wonderful.
We had a two night stay with the Spa package and he jacuzzi was not operational the first day, the second day it was not, but when we asked if it could be fixed, they complied and we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi for at least 1 day (which happened to be the day of the protest too)
