Wouldn't be back

The room was very very small. There are holes in the floors covered with some fake wood panels. You can't park your car in the hotel, the parking is 300 meters away and you have to walk. Now that's a problem because it was snowing bad and it was very cold outside. I got sick from walking to the car and back to the hotel in that cold weather. You can't fix a bad hotel. It's a 2 star hotel at the most.

The rooms are clean, the staff is kind and helpfull, the breakfast is good.

The parking is about 300 meters from the hotel and you can't get to the hotel with your car. A golf cart can be arranged to pick you up.

Clean, spacious room and very comfortable bed. This is a floting hotel, on Danube, in a quiet area.

The location is a bit far from city center and the parking is 300m distance from hotel.

Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected. The hotel has no parking, so when we arrived late at night we had to carry our luggage through a park. Being located on the Danube may be charming for some, but for those prone to motion sickness it can be difficult. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and we also noticed mold, while the walls of the room could use better cleaning.

Location

It looks 10 times worst than in the pictures, very dark and gloomy - it is a metal container where they improvised some rooms - have slept 5 hours as I arrived at 00:00 and left it even it was booked for 2 days - it looks as a hostel - hair on the pillow and in the bathroom floor - it seems as a small jail on the water - no car access during the night to the hotel and you have to walk through a park with stray dogs - horrible - don’t go!

One of the best hotel ı’ve ever stayed. Staff was perfectly friendly and helpful, breakfast was just fine, not the best one but still offers variety of options.

The location

There was scent coming out of the drain in bathroom.Rooms weren’t soundproof,you could hear all the noise and footsteps including coughing,sneezing.The surface was cracking it was very annoying.The worst thing is that housekeeper didn’t change the sheets although i asked for cleaning.she just made the bed.

The jacuzzi was freezing, 31 degrees.

Location is nice along the water, didn’t expect the hotel to be on top of the water. They have a nice sauna and jacuzzi. View on the Danube (and from some limited places also the old town) is nice.

You have to reserve the spa as it’s private. Reception/breakfast staff can be definitely be more friendly. They have a shuttle service (very friendly driver), they should be more clear about this before arrival.

For me this was great stay in this hotel, it has great location on Danube river, great park and green space around, beautiful view from my room, very clean, great spa ( jacuzzi and sauna) private usage for each guest, nice and clean room, the staff kind and helpful especially the girl at the reception

The towels were quite old and ripped. This was the only negative.

The staff and the location were superb

We booked the included spa time beforehand. However, the sauna was not on before our time and we were not able to enjoy it as it was not warm enough

The hotel is on the Danube river, is a very intresting place surrounded by the nature in the center of the new Belgrade. Breakfast was ok

Parking is a bit further away from the hotel. Expect a bit of waling with your luggage.

I did not expect a third bed instead of a table and a chair.There was a bad smell in the bathroom

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit.The breakfast was delicious and well worth the 8 euros per person — a great way to start the day.A special thank you to the staff for arranging an airport transfer for us, even though we requested it quite late. It was a huge help and very much appreciated!

There were no significant drawbacks during our stay — everything went smoothly.
