Breakfast could be improved with more variety and I have ordered an omlette which took 10/15min to be ready

the ac was at 19 and I could onlygo up +2 / too cold / got sick

Comfy and clean rooms, right in the city center. Ideal for the stay in the middle of the city. Nice lobby bar.

I had a room in the last floor and I couldn't open windows to let some fresh air in. The only thing I didn't like.

Very well balanced hotel with great location and supreme staff: from cleaners to reception. Second time here and now my go-to hotel in Belgrade.

This hotel has the WoW factor!Super cool design of the hotel. Almost hidden in the main pedestrian zone. The room whilst small, was impeccably clean. The bathroom also. I loved the details in the room. Coffee maker was a blast.The staff were amazing from the minute I arrived, so friendly and accommodating. Assisted me in a very professional manner to get my lost luggage from the airport. Breakfast was very good. Location wise - it's an ideal base for exploring Belgrade, it is just a few steps to major attractions and all the good spots.Will definitely be back!

This is a smart modern property that has taken over two sides of a courtyard between two of Belgrade's most popular pedestrian street. Our room overlooked the street but we had no problem with noise. Like any indigo breakfast is nice and thoughtful, a selection that is large enough, but not too massive, served in a very nice room. Staff on reception were excellent for giving local recommendations. We used Booking.com's option to get a prebook taxi for £18 which was excellent value and really convenient. The restaurant area looked really nice- although we didn't use it this time.

The website needs to be clear: if you want a twin room book the room that is called twin - not just a normal room with a bed preference - they don't guarantee to honour this - I don't know why it's an option. We had to cancel this and rebook for a twin. There is no direct road access - a taxi will get you close, but you'll have to walk the last 5 minutes. Look on google maps in advance, it can be accessed from both sides.

The location is perfect. Beautiful area around the hotel. Nice decoration inside the hotel.

Arriving after 9pm I’d prefer to stay in quiet room as my room led to the courtyard with a noisy restaurant.

Comfortable, if slightly small, room. The staff were friendly and when we were accidentally charged for something we didn't use, the gentleman at reception was helpful and did his best to make up for it.

Avoid this place over weekends and holidays because they host parties in the courtyard and it is LOUD. I mean, really loud. The bar closes at 11pm supposedly but you'll hear noise until after midnight. Absolute crazy to think a hotel can get away with this!

Very central and unique location right in the middle of a pedestrian street lined with shops, cafes, restaurants and wine bars. Close to parking. In-house terrace restaurant offers excellent food and drinks and is popular with the local fashionable set. Room with balcony was quite small, but other rooms larger. Great design/decor. Great in-room coffee and glassware. Very good breakfast. Was the last stay for us on a 10 day trip to the region and what set this hotel apart was above all the service. Every single staff member from booking to front desk to housekeeping to food service was extremely helpful and professional. Outstanding.

Note that taxis/drop off will be a short walk and not directly in front of hotel. Roller bags preferable. Shower pressure regulated, but was ok. Pillows could have been better. Still, would stay again.
