- The entire staff, especially the reception team, were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They perform their duties with great care and professionalism. The hotel’s central location is a major advantage. The comfort of the rooms and the overall atmosphere are also very good. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
- The hotel's location was excellent. The staff welcomed us warmly. The rooms were clean. We didn't need public transportation due to the location. Although the street was busy, we weren't bothered by the noise. The room with a balcony was very pleasant.
- Super central location, good rooms - I had everything I need

The hotel’s location is beyond debate—right on Knez Mihailova Street with a splendid city view. The Soviet touches evoke both happiness and a touch of nostalgia for those who long for socialism.Staying amid the historic buildings, breathing in and feeling the city, is truly delightful. For a boutique hotel, the service and cleanliness are quite good. I gave the hotel’s service and room four stars. In a boutique hotel, it’s unlikely to rate five stars anyway—that’s the reason. You can stay here with complete peace of mind.
They don't serve breakfast, but have agreement ground floor restaurant on the street. Location is nice

Easy check in, good for value.
They say great location but sleeping in the middle of chaos is not a good location. In the night too many drunk people on the street were shouting and in the morning Greek restaurant started the music at 8AM.
The accommodation is in the best location, right on Knez Mihailova, Belgrade’s main pedestrian street, yet it’s quiet and perfect for rest. It offers a lovely view of the street. The room is spacious, cozy, nicely decorated, and very clean. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast, served in a nearby restaurant, is excellent and included in the stay.
This historical mansion was full of old world charm. Exceptional location close to many sights, so we walked everywhere. Also tons of cafes, restaurants & shopping closeby. Hotel was super comfortable & clean. Very helpful staff.
The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was great value but had limited vegetarian options. There was no elevator in the hotel which was fine by us but to consider when packing your suitcases.
Location was great.
Only pillows were very bad and uncomfartable. The staff in the breakfast area was not friendly and hospilaty, because of that we had a only one breakfast.
Definitely will come back. Everything was clean and well maintained. The one person room was very small, but it was expectable. Also the location is very centrical, you cannot desire more.
I wanted to pay in cash, but I had already charged half of the total amount to my card. I assumed I only needed to pay the remaining half, and usually, they accept it by card or cash. I wanted to pay in cash. In this case, the only options available were to cancel the previous payment and pay the entire amount in cash or pay the second half by card. I chose to pay the total amount in cash. The downside is that I will only receive a refund for half of what was charged to my card in a month.Additionally, the hotel did not accept euros, so I had to go find an exchange, even though I was very tired. Not a big problem, but it would be nice if that could be changed.
Excellent location in the main pedestrian area of Belgrade, close to restaurants and points of attraction. Clean room which looked recently refurbished.
Our room was directly above (and across from) a fast food place playing rather loud music, and it was a but noisy at night. With earplugs I however slept rather well. Also, I am in general not a big fan of bathrooms with tinted class walls.
The location was great - it’s right in the middle of the action. But that’s pretty much it. There are no facilities or amenities ( no elevator - but the hotel staff was gracious to haul out luggage up the stairs- because they don’t have elevators)Our AC didn’t work either so that didn’t help. But since we were so exhausted after walking all day we just crashed. Overall a good stay especially because of the location.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area. The staff was helpful, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, after checking out, there was a misunderstanding regarding minibar usage. We only drank one bottle of water, but we were later told that we consumed two waters and a vodka, which was not the case. They even attempted to charge my card without permission. Additionally, we were told that 10 dinars from the city tax would be returned to us, but this was never given back. Despite these minor issues, it was a nice stay overall.
Location, clean room and polite staff.
Bringing bagage trough pedestrianzobe.
Everything was excelent. Friendly staff, clean, nice room. The lack of restaurant is not a problem at all, because there are restaurants just next to hotel entrance.
Little bit noisy
The hotel staff was extremely friendly, polite, and sweet. They were supportive in every way and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel’s central location allowed us to reach everywhere easily and have a great time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience.
Dog friendly..Location was excellent.
Expensive over night parking in a public car oarkHard mattress.
The lady at the front desk was rather rude. She asked me to check out before I left the next day, and I told her to go back to the room and drop off my luggage and I would deal with it later. Then because I was delayed a little by answering the phone, she came straight to knock on my door, and said with a dark face and in a very stern voice, please pay immediately. -(
Beds were hard as a rock but the location was good. The advertising makes the facility look better than it is. If you don't like street noise then this is not a hotel for you.

The hotel’s location is its only strong point. Situated on the main street in the city center, it offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and museums. However, beyond that, my experience was disappointing.
There is no elevator in the building, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up two long flights of stairs. Thankfully, the concierge assisted us when we arrived in the evening. However, the hotel lacks facilities for people with disabilities, which made me think about their needs. As for the room, the bathroom was problematic. The shower leaked everywhere, the soap dispenser was malfunctioning, and the sink’s water splashed everywhere, likely due to hard water buildup. To top it off, even though I paid for breakfast, we were leaving before 8 AM (my mistake for not checking the hours). They provided us with a food box containing ham and cheese, which we stored in the minibar. Later that evening, a woman knocked on our door while my friend and I were already in bed, asking who delivered the food because she couldn’t find the delivery person. This was certainly not our responsibility.A lack of professionalism was evident throughout the stay. If you’re looking for a smooth experience, I would recommend avoiding this “hotel.”
