Nobel Gallery Hotel

Location, parking, able to get into room earlier, food (breakfast), nice room

Good location, tasty breakfast.

The girl at the reception could learn what customer service is. Also, the room was very cold when we arrived.

The breakfast was so lavish and tasty. There was so much food. The coffee machine was really nice as well. The breakfast hours are good as well.

I think it was perfect. No changes are necessary.

Location, good breakfast , spacious room

Location, breakfast and atmosphere

Tv and air condition remote controlers

Breakfast

I am still waiting for the refund that they overcharged us. I am going to pursue this matter until it is resolved. The lady name Sara (Receptionist?) kept saying she took care of it, but she is dishonest. She hasn't. I am checking my bank account everyday. It's been a month now and still no refund...

Clean and nice queen bed

In my room there was no “do not disturb” sign

Location, ambient, breakfast...

Smell in bathroom

Location is very close to our meetings. Good breakfast

We stay here every month. This time we got a smaller room than normal. The parking is expensive

The breakfast is excellent! The staff is very nice.

We had a leak in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable, and very small room

Very good location and service. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The hotel has everything you could need for a short or long stay. The breakfast is ok, but the à la carte restaurant and bar are excellent. The 24/7 front desk is a huge advantage. I would come back again.

The cleaners are very noisy in the morning and could be more thorough. The rest of the staff is wonderful, especially at the front desk.

Everything was fine! The location, the room, the food

Great location, beautiful space, incredible breakfast

A little more patience from the desk staff would be nice.

I really liked this hotel despite its surroundings . Room was clean ,staff super friendly and attentive . We also had dinner at their restaurant a few drinks and we really enjoyed it. Breakfast really blew my mind...a lot of dishes to chose from hot and cold...amazing. Parking space is also a big plus. Highly recommended!

The street itself reminded me of comunism times...but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Really good place to stay. At first floor there is a good bar. The room was cleared, comfortable and quiet. The staff is really nice and positive.

Great breakfast, nice location

Cleaning can be better

location was close to our meeting. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great.

The last two times we stayed here the internet was bad and unreliable. We were in the same part of the hotel so maybe it's just that side that is bad.

The employees were nice and great. Check in and out easily. The luggage storage was easy and safe. It was a nice hotel, and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good

I wish the location was better, the transportation was better, and taxis were closer or more available; otherwise, it was great!

The staff, especially Jelena, were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The service was exceptional across the board, and the restaurant offered delicious, well-presented meals. Highly recommended!

Overall, our stay was fantastic - no complaints

Comfortable room, tasty breakfast, friendly stuff.

Cleaning of the room could be better.
