My parents recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crystal Hotel in Belgrade, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated near some of the city’s best museums and walking spots. Whether you’re strolling to explore history or just enjoying a leisurely walk along the nearby streets, everything feels conveniently within reach.One of the highlights of the stay was the restaurant on the 7th floor. Not only does it offer stunning views of Belgrade, but the food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a meal and soak in the atmosphere at the same time.For those who like to stay active, the hotel’s fully equipped gym was a pleasant surprise. It had everything they needed for a solid workout, from modern cardio machines to weights, all well-maintained and spotlessly clean.What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsible—always going the extra mile to ensure they felt welcome and comfortable. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference.I’d highly recommend the Crystal Hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. Door the room was hardly manage to close, needs repairment. Shower also needs to be rapired, falling appart.

Today i checked out from Crystal hotel...me and my family we are leaving disappointed and sad because our target to live and experience the change of the year in Belgrade was not fulfilled....22:50 of 31th of December me and my family were in the reception. We had our car parked in the parking of the hotel, since we accepted the offer of the hotel to use the services of the parking and of course pay for them...when i asked the receptionist to bring my car, he told me that the parkman was not there in his job(INCREDIBLE )...and that he would return in 10 minutes...i told the receptionist that i would wait for him to come...but he didn't come...i was stressed because time was passing...the parkman was not arriving to do his job...so, i asked from the receptionist to bring himself my car, or at least give me my keys and go myself to take my car and go in the city centre to change the year! But, he told me that this was not possible because the door of the parking had function problems (UNBELIEVABLE) and he couldn't bring my car, so he told me i should wait for the parkman to arrive as he knew how to solve the problem of the door ...the Parkman arrived 30 minutes (!!!) later, at 23:20 and i left from the hotel at 23:24...i arrived in the city centre and parked my car in the public parking at 00:00 and so i changed the year inside my car in the public parking...i will never forget this unbelievable and incredibly bad sad situation ( I can't find the right word to express my feelings and MAINLY what my children felt since they changed the year inside the car) .... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!!

Good location for my purpose. Friendly staff and breakfest varied enough for a 4 days stay. Comfortable bed.

From time to time (3-4 times a night) there was a distant noise like a plane. Not sure what that was. I could hear it but not a significant issue.

Kind stuff, amazing rooftop restaurant and clean room.

Everything was great.

Firstly, the staff were very good, with efficient check in and out. They ordered me a taxi when I was leaving, and kept me updated on its progress. The room was comfortable and clean, even if there was a bit of exposed plasterboard in the bathroom (which was otherwise very nice). I would rate the breakfast buffet as good but not excellent. The best thing is that they make the coffee barista-style, rather than an automatic machine like many hotels - the cappuccino was excellent. I only ate in the rooftop restaurant once, the food was very good, albeit with the large portion sizes common in Serbia.

A little bit outdated furniture

Bad was great, breakfast, location. Chekc out time is great - 12.00am. Time until breakfast is serving is also great - 11.00am.The stuff is excellent.

I take Executive suite so we expect that we will have view on the Church of the Sveti Sava and we didn't ?Also for the Executive suit thay can be a little more frendly in the way of welcoming like idk box of chocolates, water or something like that.And about breakfast, they can put self serve coffiee mashine. Bc I have feeling that the waiters were quite nervous when I asked for coffee to be prepared for me, especially when I asked for a second time.And I didn't have coffee cups in the room. And if thay have offerrd Moët in the minnie bar thay also need to have appropriated glasses for champagne.That's all small thing but so important for me ?

Good and quiet location a nice walk away from the busy centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. We ate twice in the roof restaurant which is a popular and very nice place. The waiters were great!

Plasent hotel. A bit fishy on the outside but really nice on the inside. The rooftop restaurant is great.

Pricey parking garage, or crowded street.

This was my first time in Belgrade. I randomly decided to book this hotel from so many, the hotel is amazing, its in the perfect location, quite, clean, next to the st. Sava temple, “the view” rooftop restaurant it’s a another different story… amazing! And of course the staf and the people at the front desk, big kudos for them!! Definitely I’ll be coming back!

Size of the room, comfort and cleanliness was superb. Food in the restaurant was excellent and well prepared. Communication was on very high level. I would recommend rooftop bar with amazing view and amazing food.

It is probably an isolated case, but early in the morning (5-6am) there were construction works in the street where hotel is located. That woke me up as outside sound isolation in the hotel couldn’t stop the noise that workers made.

The staff of the hotel, especially Yelena and Drago - thank you again! - were so gentle and helpful by providing us a medical assistance we needed on the spot. And all with the smile! The room was very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was also very good, with very helpful and nice staff too, giving very good advice for the local wine! (among others). The breakfast was also very good and with a big variety of food.

Everything was wonderful! The breakfasts were delicious, and I appreciated the tuna as I can't eat eggs and find fatty meats too heavy for breakfast. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The reception staff were particularly helpful, giving us advice on how to reach the nearby city we planned to visit (Novi Sad), recommending the quickest way and an app with the train schedule. Our experience was entirely positive!
