Hotel Majestic

The location, the hotel in general was very clean. The staff is so nice. I will stay here again. It’s just a perfect hotel. Thank you for having me.

The only problem is morning coffee if your flight departs at 7 AM there is no coffee place open nearby. The hotel also does not have a coffee machine.

Staff was not friendly at all, rooms were very old, coffee capsules were missing and even water was not free so overall it was awful experience

Volim hotel Majestic zbog svega sto pruza. Udobne i ciste sobe, odlican dorucak, odlicna lokacije. Auto parkirati u javnu garazu u neposrednoj blizini i mozete uzovati u srcu Beograda.

The location is amazing. The breakfast and hair dryer in the room were good improvements compared to our previous stay two years ago.

The staff is very unfriendly. I don't understand what their problem is, but their frowning faces and lack of proper communication is very annoying. Also the rooms could use a kettle for making your own coffee/tea.

The location, but also the hotel is very good for the money

Very hard mattress, and sounds coming from street that made it difficult to sleep, as room was facing street with outdoor seating. I did not get a good sleep.

Great location, walking distance from major attractions. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. They have a private garage with limited number of spots (about 8), so calling ahead and reserving a spot is a must. There is a public garage (pay to park) a short distance as well.

It was in the heart of the old town; shopping and dining was right outside of the hotel. Also, the public parking garage is so close.

The room was dated, there was a leak under the bathroom sink, and the cleaners left garbage in the drawers.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and nice, friendly. I was in room 509 - ZORICA was amazing anything I asked for she accommodated me. She’s a great kind, professional person

They should have a better explanation of how to get to the parking garage or help with that accommodation

Location was perfect right in the heart of old town. clean rooms.

Layout is a little different. You have to go downstairs to get to your room, but the rooms were clean.

The staff is wonderful, big thank you to Srdjan and Zorica, and the rest of the team.

It would be great to have more amenities like the currency exchange at the reception, and cushions for the balcony chairs.

Easy access, location, comfortable bed, clean towels.

Position, facilities, great staff

This hotel is in a tremendous location with numerous attractions and restaurants a few steps away. The staff is exceptional, very helpful.

Breakfast was nice and kitchen staff was the first nice people to us, the front desk didn't even smille.

Bed was so small,bed said queen size but my king size at home is bigger, looks like a double,duvet not also big enough.

Location is exceptional, other than that not much to show for at this price tag

The walls are paper thin and you can hear every step on the hallway. Customer service / front desk was not particularly friendly, rather not interested.
