Very friendly staff, not only at the reception but throughout the entire hotel (including the service team and housekeeping). Everyone greets you when they see you, which is really lovely.The reception staff are always ready to help with any request, patiently explain everything, and genuinely want guests to feel comfortable.Upon check-out, we were given homemade cookies - a very thoughtful touch.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean and well organized, both in the hotel and in the room. Breakfast was small, but there was a good selection and more than enough for everyone. It’s a relatively small hotel, but that’s part of its charm. The location is right in the center, so it couldn’t be better.

All was good, but if I need to mention anything, it would be that the kitchen is closed on weekends. Fortunately, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s not a big issue.

We have stayed in family suite room, size of the room, height of the ceiling, bad comfort, balcony all was very good

This was an unexpectedly great experience. It started with being greeted by a friendly and helpful lady at the reception. Everything went smooth and well organized. The hotel is nicely renovated and look stunning starting with the lobby and ending up in the room. The room, or better said the rooms were great. I guess this was an old house with appartments which has been turned into a hotel. These are appartments with livingroom, bedroom with plenty of space for a family of four. It even had two full bathrooms. Everything was clean and we immediatelly felt much like home. The breakfast was amazing. And the staff too.

If I had to pick on one thing, it would be that the bed in the bedroom was too large (as if that would be a problem) and there was not enough space to put a second nightstand beside it, making it a bit difficult to put away the phone, the glasses and whatnot before going to sleep.

Perfect location for tourism ( 500 meters from main tourist street) and for personal visits - center of the city, ease of transportation.Room layout and amenities are perfect for family stay.Breakfast is above expectations.

There was no room service on the weekend. Which is quite weird, when are you going to have it when not on the weekend. And on top they did not remove the sign for the room service. And there was no list of the numbers in the hotel, so I had to call the reception from my cell phone

ideal location between two quiet streets in the very centre, and still very easy access to public transport the staff very cordial and caring, so the best idea would be to ask if there is a slightest problem

some of the rooms may have little or no view at all, we were lucky with a free upgrade but without it our initial order might have been a disappointment for a longish stay like ours breakfasts get a bit monotonous - unless you’re into the game of omelette building kitalso, everything in belgrade seems to be overpriced at the moment, so this is rather a general consideration for trip planning

Clean, spacious room and very friendly staff! They welcomed us with fruits, desserts and water in the room and they were always available when needed! Also the breakfast was very very good

The property looked so cute and very clean. I liked the interiors and the entire set up as it seemed very cozy. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. Location was also good and it was close to all the places I wanted to go. Special mention, my first night in Belgrade it was snowing and I couldn’t find a taxi to get back to the hotel. When I called the hotel, they arranged a taxi to come and pick me up. That was so helpful for me.

Absolutely perfect, would recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade for whichever reason. The location is sublime for tourists and business travelers alike, the staff (in all departments, starting from the reception, the colleagues at the breakfast bar, and the cleaning personnel) were all 5-star worthy. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and the beds were comfortable, not to mention the room size was astonishing (we stayed in a junior suite). All our desires and queries were immediately answered and we even got our clothes cleaned at the laundry a day before we had expected.

It was a perfect stay, nothing to remark: I was initially worried that the front-facing street (Marsala Birjuzova) might be noisy as it was mentioned in previous reviews but it is not the case of rooms in higher floors.

Staff were delightful from check in through to check out. Location was good. Shame the rate was as high as is was the only double room had been booked so the cost for the next room up was high in my view.

Tasteful design, nice breakfast, the room for 3 was quite big.

Front of house staff brilliant. Extremely helpful with planning our stay and local activities and general support. Location is perfect to explore the city.
