The food was ok, could improve the coffee and eggs preparation

Clean, comfortable room with AC, great breakfast, location is very good. Staff was very helpful and responsive.

Luck of parking place.

The main compliment we have to share would be to say how impressed we were with the incredible service provided by Alessandra who we first met at the front desk. Alessandra went way above and beyond to be sure we were happy! Both he and his associate impressed the heck out of us! Thank you very much for having them on your team.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, 24/7 staff availability and support. Peaceful and not noisy rooms. Very clean rooms and washrooms. Mini bar with basics was a good complementary welcome.

This was a very nice, small hotel in the walking/shopping district. The location was perfect with shopping, restaurants and attractions nearby The room wasn't huge but was very nice with a queen bed The free breakfast was excellent with lots of food and beverage choices. The front desk staff was great and very helpful. This hotel is a great value and I would definitely stay there again.

Parking was not free and there were 3 places for the hotel and if we were to use it we had to pay 30 euros per day. The day parking on the street was 10 euros a day.

Virtually two steps off the city center. The staff is friendly and speaks English. I liked the breakfast. Omelette and bacon, grilled zucchini and mushrooms, yogurt and cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers - I had enough for half a day. Virtually two steps off the city center.

The room was very clean and comfortable.we arrived early and the staff did everything they could to get us into our rooms as soon as possible.as well as when we needed late check out the staff made a plan to accommodate our request.the two ladies who assisted us with a smile and really great attitude were:Biljana and Mihaylo.many thanks to all.
