Awesome helpful staff, quiet clean place, but with a lost of eateries around, plus grocery store and currency exchange kiosk right across the street

A bit too far away from the airport for the early flight, but the reception desk ppl were awesome and called me a cab. Can't thank them enough for the awesome service.

Decent location away from the tourist activities but a nice 15 min walk from a great park with all the activities and nice restaurants. The hotel has very good bus and tram service to the main shopping and commercial areas.

Perfect breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, as we were there in December, the room was warm and pleasant,Very helpful and friendly staff (all of them :)Easy access from the hotel to everything,As Belgrade has free transport, we had the option to visit all main attractions without being rushed in the traffic, including Avala Tower

You have to pay for the parking :(With the surcharge for the parking we could extend our stay for one extra night,As their guests, we shouldn't be obliged to pay

I stayed here for just one day and it was more than enough to leave a great impression.The receptionists were nice and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, calm and comfortable (perfect for a short stay). The restaurant surprised me as well. It felt cozy and the breakfast was really tasty.Even though my visit was brief everything was excellent. I'd happily stay here again.

Although my primary criterion was a hotel close to my clients' offices, the overall experience was excellent. A quiet room and a good bed were all I needed.

The parking was very easy with free parking on street. The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foods including savoury and sweet options. Coffee was good. Location was easy to catch the free bus right into the city for sightseeing. Room was clean and airconditioner worked well on some very hot days. Highly recommend

Nothing except that the wall socket in the bathroom was broken and not useful.

Lift was not working, we have to go by stairs on 5th floor, there was no iron facilities, there was no any additional toilet.

The staff is very friendly. The location is great - not exactly central, but everything (cafe/restaurants/groceries/shopping mall) is nearby. Even a washing/dry cleaning service is in the same building. For touristic attractions, just pick a bus 100 meters away to any direction. BTW, the public transport in Belgrade is free this year - including #607 that takes you to/from the airport. So don't waste money on taxi (was my mistake...) I picked this hotel really randomly to spend the sigle first night after a long travel - and in the end spent there 5 days.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

My room was on the side of a noisy street. But do not worry, there are also rooms on the side of a more silent street. But the price is affordable, so I guess you get what you've payed for.The entrance is not nice - it is an old shopping center, it looks deserted.

We always stay here when we come to Belgrade. The staff is responsive and kind. The rooms are sparkling clean and the breakfast is delicious.

We usually get a spacious family room that faces the street, but this time we got a smaller room that faces the inside of the mall. The view was ugly and we couldn't open the balcony to control the temperature and it was too hot. Also, the hotel used to be better value for the money, recently it has gotten more expensive.

quite clean, friendly staff. As a minus in the room I had the shower tub was broken, so the whole bathroom was filled with water.... and they don't have an iron.
