I booked this hotel because they stated that they have parking. Due to spine injury I am not capable to walk a lot. However on day of my arrival I sent message to hotel to book parking spot and got shocking reply - parking is available but bigger car can’t fit in the entrance. So if I am coming with bigger car I should park in nearby public garage! This is outrageous! Parking is available for smart or beetle maybe, but not for other types of car. It is not nice to lie and falsely promote hotel just to attract tourists. So, with my spine injury I had to walk through frozen streets of Belgrade, just because hotel is falsely presenting services that they are offering!

Comfortable and big bed, mini bar with available snacks, kettle for coffee, clean glasses and cups.

Damaged enterior on several places (including some non-working switches/lights), dirty shower with edges around glass and corners full with mold and waterstone. Broken toilet seat, empty soap dispenser in bathroom etc. Not really what yoy would expect of a 4-star hotel... At least cleaning should be improved.

The hotel has a very good location. It was close to the city centar. It's very beautiful and clean. The staff also was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. We were there with a baby so the hotel gave us a crib for the baby and they upgraded us for a bigger room. There were clean towels and hair dryer.

We were there with a car, but we didn't know that we should reserve parking space before we made the reservation for the hotel because there is only 6 parkings there. For the weekend is free parking on the street, but on workdays we parked our car in the parkig garage nerby.

They upgraded me to a superior room which was a large suite with very high ceilings. Check in was very easy and they also arranged early morning transport to the airport with a safe, courteous, honest driver.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always making us feel at home. My son absolutely loves staying here because he feels like everyone is his friend. The restaurant is beautiful, with delicious food, and the location of the hotel is just perfect. Truly an amazing place to return to again and again!

They have a very good breakfast.

Even though they say they have parking space, they actually only have 6 spaces and the chances of getting one are almost zero. There is a parking alternative nearby for 18 euros per day. They have a very good breakfast.

Nice hotel centrally located in Belgrade. Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Unfortunately, parking seems to be limited and it was not available when we booked the room. Luckily there is a public garage nearby

felt like the breakfast wasn't as fresh as it should be, some cream cheese and meat platters had crust on them; but overall good breakfast, had plenty of choices

It’s in a quiet street downtown! Excellent location! The room was spacious, and the drenching shower was great. Also, the restaurant and the choice of food for breakfast was good

The room number was printed and adhered to the card with Scotch tape. Bathroom was painted little too fast (the painting streaks can be seen). The change in floor level at the entrance (and maybe elsewhere) is not labeled

Tucked away in a small alley but close to most tourists attractions and public transportation.

Very good location close to city center. The breakfast also very good and served in very nice space.

The room was small, the staff seemed completely indiferent and breakfast was very poor. . I chose this hotel because they offered parking, but when I arrived, there were no spaces available and no prior notice. I had to pay 4000 RSD to park elsewhere, which was very frustrating.

Close distance to city center

Claustrophobic. Very tight parking, very tight room and amenities and prices were not exact!

Really clean and comfortable place, on a great location. We have spent only one night here but it was really good. The only thing that was a bit problematic was the entrance in the garage which is really small so we have damaged our car while entering it. Maybe they should give a notification or some information about it for future guests. Overall nice experience and has our recommendations!

Very nice reception, clean and comfortable room with all necessary things provided. Great location, nice restaurants are couple steps away from here, likewise the public transport stations.

The location is advantage, it is close to city centre. The breakfast is okey though there weren't many options.

While the hotel's central location in Belgrade is convenient and they offer free parking, getting into the garage was quite tricky due to the extremely narrow entrance.Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work, and the night temperature dropped to 6°C. When we raised this with the receptionist, she provided a small heater and some extra stained duvets, which was quite off-putting and far below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this rating.

Large room, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Very close to the Saint Mark's church and to the Slavija Trg.

The location is great, with many cafes/ restaurants nearby and one block from the main road. There is some construction going on across the way but it wasn't too noisy. The room was spacious and comfortable and the interior was inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all kind and spoke English well.
