    Pros +

    • It was a sleepover night after a long-distance flight. Availability and proximity of the desired location. Competitive in price!
    • excellent size, a true one-bedroom with a separate room to sleep and another one as a living room. We liked the area. Not in the old town district, but close to nice buildings and some embassies/consulates. Taxis are cheap in Belgrade (so one is close to everything in essence), buses are free, but be aware of the different kinds of taxis, and those called lux (we were asked 3X the regular fare and had to argue and refuse to pay.
    • The staff is friendly and helpful. I didn't expect the apartment to have two TVs, one in the living room another one in the bedroom :) Of course, we tried to watch some Serbian news and movies! There's also a school next to the hotel (it could be seen from our side of the building), and it proves that the windows properly block sounds. The location is great. No matter which direction you go, you'll find a bus or a tram to ride almost everywhere in the city.

    Cons -

    • It was a family stay, a bit worn out, and outdated equipment and furniture. The rooms are very small, I was wondering about the architect's plan. Nevertheless, it served its purpose.
    • I prefer the towels for the bathroom floor to be a different color.
    • 1. The doors of the shower cabin need to be repaired. There's a small hole between them, so the water flows to the floor on the outside. We had to put a towel to the floor to stop water from spreading further. I believe this also adds more work to the cleaners every time.2. Not a major issue, but the table in the living room is also a bit broken.

    Disappointed

They have charged me 175 EUR for burned chair by cigarette which was not performed by me and tried to explain but it was without result and I think it was a prearranged scinario in the second day and I did not get any confirmation for the check out in the last day which is an evidence for what I have explained. This is not fair and I request to get back it.

    Staff is great 10/10

Hotel doesn’t have kitchen, so it orders meal from restaurant.Earliest breakfast is at 08:00, for some people it is too late.Parking lot is too small, and it costs about 20 euros

    10GligicPosted on: 8-10-2025

Close to St. Sava Church and Airport. Has an elevator for suitcases. Hotel arranged for taxi transfers and breakfast.

It would be nice if the hotel had their own restaurant/cafe.

It was good room, large and a lot of facilities for the price. Reception people was good.Location seems to have a lot of attractions nearby.

Paid parking is ridiculously expensive (like Helsinki downtown parking is cheaper than what they ask) but street parking is available if you are lucky and free during night hours.

Clean and helpful staff1 bed room was enough and cozy for family of 4. You can walk to Saint Sava. (800m)

Location is not too bad, we have used public transportation, station is very close by. But it is not centrally in downtown you need 10mins to reach republic square. Only negative comment : bathroom water boiler if it is empty you need to wait around 30 mins to be filled again. Shower needs to be organized for the family but it is not biggy.

It's a good hotel - clean, kind staff, 24h reception, they have big room. Despite occasional smell of smoke in the corridor the room didn't smell even once. The Internet connection is fast and stable. Hotel is located in the central area with the easy access to buses and trams

The light bulb was flashing in the first two minutes after being switched on - but clearly not a deal breaker.

Location is good! Nice cosy hotel if you don't need breakfasts. Kitchen in the room

I didn't get how to open up the windows (it was a messonine floor, so it wasn't so obvious). I guessed they are non-opening, which was non comfy, but finally our cleaning lady decided it isn't enough air. I wish she would do it on the first day. The rest is good!

the pillows were of very poor quality

It is close to the center, clean and comfortable.

    8AndreyPosted on: 4-8-2025

There is a parking area in front. Not massive but OK for about 5-8 cars. Breakfast was provided by an external supplier and the choice was quite good. The apartment was quite clean. Big terrace facing back yard.

The breakfast came cold and there were no microwave to heat it up. The bedrooms are really small for a double bed. Hardly any space around the bed. No powerpoint in the kitchenette area!

    5DaniellaPosted on: 4-7-2025

It started well good location helpful staff But we extended the stay after flight cancellations until Friday - unfortunately some demands for more pay as we left we not justified by the stress of a room cleaning / cleanliness issue.

    8BoyanaPosted on: 4-5-2025

The apartment was clean and cozy. The rooms are definitely very small. The location of the hotel is far from the center, but it is located on a quiet and beautiful street. We personally did not like the breakfast.
