Pros +
- Location is perfect with a lot within walking distance. Staff has been trained to western standards and they are really there to make you comfortable.
- Hotel was walking distance to many Belgrade monuments and to downtown area. Loved that it is new and the staff was nice and helpful.
- Helpful staff.
Cons -
- I liked everything about this hotel.
- could have been closer to the National museum.
- The spa area is quite small. All visitors use the sauna while wearing swimwear, which is not in line with proper sauna rules. This should be clearly stated somewhere for guests. If the sauna culture is inspired by Finland, then the proper sauna etiquette and rules should also be communicated and respected

The room was very nice.
Breakfast is very good, with a lot of choices – perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the fresh juice is excellent.

Great location. Roof top terrace was amazing. Rooms are North American standard, specious, modern, well designed. Welcome gift appreciated. Bed, shower, water, all necessities as expected. Property very clean, with one exception.
There is smoking permission at the restaurants, effectively chased us out from having breakfast and dinners there. Unbelievable for this hotel chain to allow this. Room service did not clean the room the next day. Reception default answer was “perhaps DND sign?” (We never use that). Reception could not confirm whether daily room clean up was policy or not.
From the moment we checked in, Hilton Belgrade lived up to its name. The room was spacious, spotless, and modern, with a huge window letting in natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall design felt premium yet warm.Breakfast was a highlight. The spread was generous—everything from fresh pastries and fruits to hot made-to-order eggs—and the quality was consistent each morning. Service staff were attentive without being intrusive, which made mornings even better. The location is a winner. It’s right in the heart of Belgrade, within walking distance to St. Sava Temple, Nikola Tesla Museum, and plenty of cafés. It’s also well-connected for exploring other parts of the city. What stood out most was the service—polished, friendly, and eager to help. It’s clear the team is trained to make guests feel valued.Overall, a great blend of comfort, convenience, and service. Would absolutely stay here again when in Belgrade.
"No pool was a letdown for a property of this level, and the lack of free parking for guests felt off. The car park is available, but it’s paid. For a long stay, that adds up fast. Also, while the room and facilities were good, the absence of certain family-friendly amenities made it feel less convenient for traveling with kids."
Lovation
It was not updated in last 7-8 years. AC did not work properly, the lowest temp we were told was 20C which is quite warm for hot evenings. The air in the room was stale. Some areas at the roof top bar were not available to hotel guests without any explanations.
Every thing
The location was little bit far from kenza mihalia street .. about 21 mins walk $ also far from old town if we consider walking also .. other than that everything was fine
The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and very clean. The price was also very reasonable compared to other nearby hotels, making it a great value overall.
While everything was generally good, the overall luxury level of the hotel wasn’t quite top-tier—I’d rate it around 8 out of 10 in terms of luxury.
Excellent location in a very nice part of the city. Just across the street from the airport shuttle as well. And Djordje from the concierge was excellent, he assisted on all our needs, thanks to him ? The restaurant on the 8th floor was very chic and live with an excellent variety of food.
Everything was just perfect.
The location is excellent, and the restaurant staff were always extremely friendly and helpful — especially in the Sky Lounge, where the service was truly outstanding. Breakfast was also great, with the option to order a few extra items from the menu, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness was absolutely fine as well.
Before our arrival, I had requested a room with a nice view, but we were given one facing a construction site — not only was there no view, but workers could look directly into our room. No one informed us about this at check-in, which I found very disappointing. When I asked to change rooms, we were given one on a higher floor (from 3 to 4)? , but it was located right next to the elevator, which made it very noisy, especially at night. What frustrated me the most was the lack of communication and customer care. For a hotel in this category, I would expect transparency — for example, letting us know they were fully booked or at least offering some form of compensation or gesture to show goodwill.Overall, the service level has noticeably declined over the years. I’ve stayed at this hotel six or seven times before, but this time, the experience was far below expectations. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll return, even though I used to really enjoy staying here.
breakfast is ok for my friend ( guest )
I booked the hotel from Booking for a couple of my friends. However, I was very embarrassed when they asked for a 100 Euro deposit during check-in. My friends had to call me from the hotel. The lady at the reception told me on the phone that the reason they asked for a deposit was for the use of the minibar and other accessories. I told her that if they wanted my guests to be treated well, I would send the pictures of my credit card from WhatsApp and asked for the deposit to be collected from my card. However, they did not give the key to the lock of the minibar in the room to my guests. How would you feel if you were in my shoes? Whether my guests use the minibar or not is out of the question, the real issue here is the embarrassment I fell into. This is a very strange situation, I was EMBARRASSED. As someone who stays in many hotels and makes many reservations from Booking, this is the first time I have experienced this. From now on, I will definitely compare my Booking reservations with other sites.I think that these are only applied in the worst hostel in the ghettos of Belgrade, not in a Hilton branded hotel.I will never, ever pay my reservation again, even if the hotel is a well-known name of a chain hotel, without asking the hotel, and I will make a canceled reservation from booking. This is not a customer complaint. This is a loss of value for booking in my opinion.
We have a reservation for a deluxe room, and I was accommodated in a room for disabled peopleThe bathroom and sink are specific. They didn't want to change my room....
It's very nice new hotel in Belgrade. Room was very nice and comfy, staff very kinds, the hotel has nice spa including sauna and decent gym. Breakfast was amazing! The price was reasonable for such hotel, thus I would definitely recommend to everyone staying in Belgrade.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
The staff is unprofessional and unkind. The rooftop bar pretends for luxury but you can see people with jumpers and inappropriate outfits. Everywhere is cold and unheated and there isn’t coffee machine in the room. The only nice thing in Hilton Belgrade is this person who welcome the guest- Godfrey.
Everything was amazing! Warm, delicious, beautiful. Great new hotel with good service. The restaurant is very tasty. Especially brunch! I didn't go for breakfast). Large gym, nice spa area.
I was expecting a slightly higher quality massage. He was of average quality.
Good location, very clean and modern, great breakfast, and super friendly staff.
We’ve stayed here 6-7 times but I feel like the cleaning could be more thorough. There are fingerprints on the doors and closets and some details in the bathrooms look a bit dated. That said, the restaurants at the entrance and on the rooftop are excellent.
