MARK Hotel

Great location - close to the city center and the A1 airport shuttle service. Good breakfast - many different choices. Stable wi-fi.

I'm sure this was a great hotel when it was new. It feels a bit abandoned/mismanaged - easily repairable issues with water drainage and faucet, old soiled carpet, scratches and marks all over. If management decides to invest a bit of effort into maintenance, it could be an outstanding hotel.

The toilet flush mechanism wasn’t working properly and was constantly letting water through.

The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was really great!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Mark! It was a perfect location, right in the center of everything. Lots of great restaurants close by. The staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions and calling for taxis. But as a person in a wheelchair, the only real problem I had was getting to the toilet in the bathroom as it was behind the door. I could do it, but it wasn’t easy. Also, there was a roll of toilet paper in the room, but no toilet paper holder. I did make the front desk staff aware. That being said! For being in Serbia I am so impressed with how accessible it was!

Location is quite good - 2 bus stations to city center.Modern hotel room, very nice and helpful personnel. Very comfy bed.

The view is not amazing from the room.

Parking was a little challenging as it is in front of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent but the cooked food needs to be hotter.

Spacious clean room. Comfortable, large bed. The location is convenient for getting there by A1 express from the airport. The old town is about 15 minutes walk away. Excellent varied breakfasts. The hotel interior is wonderful. Marko and Slobodan, thank you for your help with all questions.

During our stay there was a group of noisy teenagers living there.

My two-week stay at the MARK Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The room was both comfortable and spacious, offering a great environment for relaxation and work. The hotel staff (specially Marco and Slobodan) were exceptionally kind and accommodating, with the reception even granting a late checkout without any hassle. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed, bathroom, and work desk, as well as the hotel's central location, which made exploring the area convenient. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a delicious and satisfying start to each day.

Despite the positives, there were some drawbacks to my stay. My initial room faced a street with tram traffic, which was somewhat noisy. Thankfully, the hotel moved me from the third to the sixth floor, mitigating the issue slightly. However, like many hotels, internal soundproofing was poor. This became problematic during two nights when a group of teenagers on an excursion frequently slammed doors late into the night. Additionally, the single elevator often became congested during peak times when the hotel was busy or hosting large groups.

I booked a standard room and they gave me an apartment room for no extra fee. The staff was very polite (Marco, the guy at the reception when I arrived explained me everything about the hotel). I liked Belgrade and I this city has a great culture and atmosphere.

A lovely hotel in central Belgrade. Clean rooms with everything that you need, even an Esspresso coffee machine. There's a coffee shop, bar and restaurant on site and the staff were all lovely. Will stay here again when I come to Belgrade next.

Most of the times I’m in Belgrade I stay at Mark Hotel - the location is very convinient, the facilities are great. This time my parents stayed at the hotel, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Slobodan, at the reception desk - who helped them with everything they needed during their time there. This makes the stay very comfortable and pleasant overall experience.

In the heart of Belgrade, Can Walk to all sights, Nearby have bus and tram. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very nice, Slobodan and Marko are very helpful. Amazing that all public transportation bus and tram are all free since Jan. 1, 2025. Highly recommend come to Belgrade and MARK Hotel.

I loved the location, beds were comfy, staff was extra friendly and helpful, especially Marko and Slobodan. The breakfast was also good!

There was a problem with a toilet in the room, the flush was broken. We stayed for 2 nights and it was not too problematic for us as we were not all the time at the hotel. We also asked the staff to come to see the issue but it was too late and many tourists were checking in, so we went to sleep with no disturb note in the end.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Slobodan who was at the recepion the day we arrived.

Location, comfort, professional staff, great breakfast included in the price (also some vegan options). ?Hotel is located just a short walk from the centre; room was modern and very comfortable, with air conditioning. Will definitely come here again when I visit Belgrade.
