The bed was very comfortable - and the daily room service was great.

This hotel is confusing to get to with zero signage - took me 30 minutes. Fails at service for a 4.5 star level: no concierge and got yelled at for getting a coffee in the morning when told it was OK. Bathroom wastebin was full when I arrived.

The location is unbelievable! It's inside a mall on the top floors and right outside a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. The room was spacious for a family of 4 and the beds were actually high quality even though the pillows could have been better. Also it has a very rich and fresh breakfast.

The only issue we had was that 3 of our 5 nights of stay we didn't have hot water to shower but lukewarm even though we reported it daily it didn't get fixed.

Amazing location, close to a lot of attractions. The staff was great and very helpful. Rooms were nice, big and super clean. Very good breakfast. All the shops were just beneath you cause the hotel is located inside the shopping center.

Because the hotel is located inside the shopping center on the 4th floor, the only entrance to the hotel is through the elevator or by using the escalators. The same elevators are used by all the visitors to the shopping center which makes it very difficult sometimes to get in or out the hotel. And note that after all the shops are closed, the only entrance to the hotel is through the elevator.

The property exceeded our expectations. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was truly amazing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect in the center inside a mall. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the rooms are spacious.

The best possible location right on Kneza Mikhaila street and next to the park. Fancy design, friendly staff. Perfect for a short stay in the heart of Belgrade

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. Beyond its excellent location and everything around it, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. We received outstanding service from the entire team, always smiling, kind, and highly attentive.They went above and beyond when I requested a late check-out, allowing me to stay at the hotel until my taxi arrived. I did not have breakfast included in my stay, so I cannot provide feedback on that. There is a gym but I did not use it.A special thank you to the amazing front desk team, Alexander, Nikola, and Katharina — for their warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service. They were always helpful and responsive to every question or request.We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.Thank you ??

Location , friendly staff , generous breakfast

Location is absolutely impeccable and staff is fantastic, both the reception and the restaurant, everyone is so nice and will go out of there way to accommodate you.

We have been staying in this hotel for quite a few years, everyone time we are in Belgrade, and we like it very much. This time we were unpleasantly surprised with breakfast. The number of options and overall presentation went down significantly for some reason

There are no slippers in the room.

Absolute perfect location next to the fortress in the historic center of the city; stunning views of Belgrade and out over the river; amazing cocktails and very tasty food in the rooftop bar; super stylish boutique vibe throughout; amazingly friendly and helpful staff.

Only wished we could have stayed longer... ;-)

Location

Smelly room. Complained about it but no action. So amenities like toiletries were too less. Not sure what is the saving out of it.

Fun creative space. Great location. Loved the children’s book exchange. Good restaurant

Clean and comfy rooms. location is good, as well gym and atmosphere.

There is now common area (normal lobby) to sit in. All areas are actually a restaurant where you have to pay if you want to stay.

Everything about the stay was exceptional. The room was gorgeous and loved the bar and rooftop area. The staff were so friendly and lovely!

Even when a problem with the room occurred Aleksandar at the reception was more than helpful and made sure everything was ok

Αmazing location, very friendly staff. The room was large, comfortable, clean, with a king size bed, nice bathroom, beautiful city view, very quiet. The breakfast was also very nice. Not dozens of options, but everything was very well cooked. The rooftop bar is also great and everything in this hotel feels cozy.

Hotels like this one should have toiletries and flip flops. In addition to that, I've spent 50+ stays in various hotels. From 1* to 5* and I was never rejected some extra bottles of waters (of course by paying an extra amount). We've asked for 4 bottles of water at 01:15am and they told us that this is not possible because the bar was closed and they couldn't charge the bottles, not even credit them to our room and have us pay for them at the check out. This is the first time, ever, of encoutering a situation like this.
