Parking and location, welcoming receptionists.

Instead of a coffee maker advertised in the room picture, there is a hot water kettle! And coffee maker was the only reason to get a more expensive "executive" room! Otherwise, there is no difference between the rooms.They asked 15% charge ( 27euro ) for early check-in in half empty hotel. This was the first time for me to be asked to pay for an earlier check-in, and I travelled a lot.TV wasn't working, and there are no instructions on how to call the reception. They fixed TV after I went downstairs to reception. The room was decent enough but not worth the price.

I liked the location for the triathlon event that we participated in. Free parking was good and close to hotel,since the area is pretty busy. The room was renovated,bed was comfortable. Receptionists were friendly and the young waiter for breakfast was very nice and hard working,even made us coffee because the barista was late for work.

The room had a strange smell. The fridge was super loud and closed in the cupboard that warned up. The wifi was unstable or not available at all in the room. The breakfast was a really bad-filter coffee was tasteless,bread was cold and there were only lepinja (could have at least a toast bread and the toaster to warm them),eggs were cold. When there was a big group,only one waiter was working and despite trying he was not able to handle everything alone and nobody came to help him. We waited very long time that the food was restocked and there was no clean cutlery.It was friendly that they made for us breakfast box on the day of event although burritos are not the bread and jam that we asked for.

Very clean fully equipped room and bathroom with all the toiletries you might need. Really nice breakfast with variety of choices

It is easily reachable from the main road, we have got a large upgraded room, everything was new. Bonus - the private parking.

There are still ongoing renovation works around. No ventilation for the mini bar fridge, no luggage rack in the room.

Everything was great. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is excellent.

Breakfast, clean and free parking, exellent value for money.

Kind and helpful staff. I had a beautiful room with an exceptional hygiene! Free parking is a great bonus, especially for this part of the town. Definitely will come back here.

Reception 24h, my flight was delayed but no prob to check in after midnight.

Wifi isn’t too strong in all rooms.

The room was decent. Nothing fancy. Recently refurbished.

The breakfast was awful. Cheap food - fruits, vegetables, sausages, everything was low quality. The baked snacks looked old - from previous 1-2 days.

Disappointing

No warm water. The receptionist tried to persuade me the booking wasn't paid in advance, although it was.

Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel restaurant was great, very good interior. Food was very good.

Elevator, repair works.

You have access to all transport in the city center. The hotel is quiet and easy to find. The parking is spacious. Breakfast was good but they can diversify. Reception staff was nice and helpful. Nice hotel.

We stayed 3 nights and they did not clean the room once, we had clean towels because there was a trolley on the hallway with clean towels and we took clean ones from there. This can be improved as I think the room should be cleaned daily.

the television and internet in the room did not work, the girls at the reception were friendly and promised to solve this problem, but, in fact, they did not even try to do anything. The technician did his best, but it didn't help. Instead of trying to solve our problem, they played with the dog, and when we asked to call the manager, one of the receptionists called security - this is very hospitable ?. Our problem was solved by a technician - we are very grateful to him (he found a free room to which we moved). Reception work - "0".The breakfast was also terrible - there was not even butter, the tea was transparent and cold, the juice was brought after all the people had eaten, there was not enough cheese for everyone, there was only one type of bread. Half a year ago, you had excellent breakfasts, this is one of the reasons why we came to your hotel again. now I highly doubt we will use your hotel again
