Staff was extremely well mannered extremely clean room, great breakfast

The hotel has a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a nice variety of options, which is great if you’re not staying for long.

there are a few things that could be improved. The elevator is extremely slow, old, and small, which makes going up and down take a lot of time. Also, the bathroom had a bad sewage smell, which was unpleasant and concerning. It seems like there’s an issue with the ventilation or plumbing system that really needs attention.

Location and staff were excellent. Room was much smaller than pics but doable.

They are in need of maintenance. We stayed in Room 103 and nothing worked. The shower head was old and water just dripped and did not come out like a rain shower as it was supposed too. The toilet lid was so loose it was about to fall off. The weight scale did not have fresh batteries and didnt work. The hair dryer did not work. The bathroom could use some TLC and some bleach. The TV remote didn’t work. They charged for 1 can coke, bag of peanuts and bottle of water, $22! Don’t drink or eat the snacks.

Very nice stuff at the reception, room was clean and comfortable.Quick check-in when we arrived with a child at 1am.

The breakfast was nice, but was missing a morning espresso (the machine is not as good). Also, it was hard for me to see someone smoking inside the kitchen.Please install in the bathroom more than 2 hooks for towels at a 4 person room.

Had a great stay at Capital Hotel! ?Very clean, quiet, and in a perfect central location.Everything is nearby — cafés ☕️, restaurants ?️, and a mall ?️.The staff were super friendly and helpful ?Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Serbia ??

The location is the only thing that is worth it.

Overall the hotel does not deserve a rating of 8.6. The hotel does not have parking - while booking it i specifically filtered hotels with available parking. The hotel is old and need a total refresh.

Perfect location. Good food selection of breakfast.

Curtains couldn’t be fully closed and the noise outside of the window.

Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend it - really best option in town, including the nearby breakfast cafe. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Even though it is in strict centre there was no noise - double windows are doing the insulating job.

(not a big deal) Air conditioning is set globally to either warm or cool, and that can't be controlled per room. It is only awkward when temperature is between that hot/cold moments, at turns of seasons.

Nice and clean room, I loved that the double windows provided isolation from the city noise. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was really good and had vegan options! I loved that there was a toothbrush provided in the bathroom and a robe. Not every hotel has those anymore. Staff were very nice and provided me with a phone charger since I forgot mine. I really appreciate that

The location was excellent; only a few minutes walk from the fortress and that whole area of Belgrade and with lots of restaurants and a major shopping centre nearby.
