No lift or assistance up the stairs with luggage
This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were in the area without a reservation and just stumbled on Falkenstein because of comments posted by others. We stayed one night and were completely blown away. Highly recommend staying here!
The views were stunning, the drive was unique, the staff were friendly, food was incredible, and the room was very spacious.
There were a few larger stains in the carpet of the room's seating area.
