Pros +

  • Clean and modern.
  • Comfortable and clean
  • We had a family room which in fact consisted of two well-sized adjacent rooms. It was better than expected! We had a lot of space. It was perfectly clean. The windows had protection against insects, which was another asset. The food in the cafeteria/restaurant was always really good. If we are in the area we return surely.

Cons -

  • Situated over a very busy cafe that's open from 7am untill 10pm. Parking for my motorbike was a bit of a concern in the carpark with so much traffic going on.
  • The gentleman at reception was not very friendly. Also the waiter in the restaurant was not friendly but the lady who I think was in charge was very helpful.
  • It was very noisy until late in the evening when the coach parties all left. The restaurant didn't open until quite late.

Rooms were clean and nice. There was a bar, selling drinks and some food

It was very noisy until late in the evening when the coach parties all left. The restaurant didn't open until quite late.

The cafeteria is buzzing. Busy all the time. Food excellent and great value for money. We were travelling to Spain on motorcycles and felt that they were safe on the car park.

Nowhere to walk to around it. After riding 200 miles we didn't want to use the bikes again, so didn't see the area

Great room. Easy to find. Nice breakfast.

We booked the hotel as it had a restaurant and after travelling from France we didn't want to drive again. However the restaurant was closed on the day that we arrived. There was nobody on reception to ask about a local restaurant. The first staff that we saw was the next morning at breakfast.

It was quiet. In the morning it had a lively diner for breakfast. The quality of food was good, though the portions were small. Room was fine but small.

The hotel appeared closed when we arrived. I frantically tried doors before checking my email and saw an email from the hotel. The hotel closes on Tuesday but leaves an unmanned lobby open for guests. I never experienced that before. A strange setup on Tuesdays that some guests may not like because the hotel is on a main road but not near any other active properties.

I loved the atmosphere and the staff of the cafeteria next door to the hotel. I had a great afternoon meal and good breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful.

Not ideal location for Camino walkers.

Good location

There was no staff when we arrived, was day-off for all, it's fair, but never told us in advance.

was clean and the housekeeping very kind

The hotel is close to the road, very noisy the rooms facing that area, the triple rooms (the other side is better but they said they cannot change is because the rooms were smaller). the mattress are extremely noisy too. No small fridge, no hair dryer, no kettle, no AC. The staff a bit tough the breakfast was one pastry or something salty, one coffee and Ora y juice from the brick(even not fresh). the pastries are good

Clean and decent sized rooms. Very good value for money. I was solo motorcycling the Picos and this was a great location. I felt safe parking the bike up there. Good access to the mountains but also within walking distance down a farm track to a very secluded beach for a day off from riding. The hotel is basically a big cafeteria with rooms attached. Very popular with locals and a coach stop so there is always something going on. Not a quiet secluded spot but good if you are happy with basic food available throughout the day.A proper menu is available on busier days when coaches visit. However it is close to St Vincente for a bigger range of restaurants.Staff are friendly and helpful and many speak a bit of English.Wifi is adequate for emails and general coms.

The fire escape route from my room showed where the escape staircase was located .... the trouble was it had never been built!I wasn't too troubled because my window gave me access to a roof area from which an escape would be possible.

Clean and everything you need for a one-night stay.

It's a little chilly in the room

8CarlosPosted on: 8-17-2022

friendly service

it needs a small refresh, looks a bit oldish

4KevinPosted on: 6-13-2022

Absolutely nothing

Everything. it’s described as a Hotel, indeed the name suggests the same. But beware as the experience is akin to staying overnight at a busy Motorway Services.

8MarylynnPosted on: 9-7-2021

I liked that a restaurant was attached.

That a big dog barked all night!
