Very quiet, comfortable, easy parking, great location, all rooms have balcony, ocean view overlooking town. Very friendly helpful staff.Excellent breakfast with good variety included.

Bring swim cap if you want to use indoor heated pool or purchase for €4.

Relaxed environment with great amenities. Very clean, wonderful location with spa included. Recommend to all!

Have to say it’s not the only hotel on the island we stayed in, and the comparison is not in this hotel favor.Outdated furniture, quite poor breakfastAccess to the pool only with swimming caps which they sell, but according to other reviews the price is random, we paid 4 euros for one, people in the previous reviews paid 2 some paid 5. More over, there were people with no caps in the pools and no one said anything to them. No lights in the garden, i understand it might be for ecological reasons but it’s kind of unsafe since there are a lot of stairsAlso we had a huge cockroach twice in our room. It’s nature I know but I prefer not to have them in my bed. And hunting cockroaches at night is not the attraction we were looking for. Maybe it’s not the hotels fault, but might be important to know for someone who is scared of insects like those.It really feels like the hotel takes advantage of being the only hotel of the kind in the area, so they don’t care much A huge potential but for now it’s not 4 stars and the price is not reasonable

Sunrises. Scenic roads. Beautiful pastoral scenes. The location is perfect for exploring some of the attractions often missed by standard tours. Very comfortable and luxurious. My room had a balcony to watch the sunrise, a fireplace, AC, and a comfy true King size bed.

We traveled to the Azores on our honeymoon from the US and unfortunately got delayed so were unable to be there for our first nights stay. The process to try and get our money back for that first night has been a bit of a nightmare with booking.com telling me to go through the property, the property to go through booking.com. I understand there are cancelation policies in place but the fact that this was completely out of our control, we were visiting on our honeymoon and the property was less than accommodating in helping us refund our first night's stay (outside of a credit at the hotel chain, which is only available in the Azores) was extremely disappointing and will likely prevent us from coming back to this property in the future. If you want a flexible schedule, I would not stay here.

King size bed, super comfortable. View on the city and the sea, very peaceful, which is what we were going for. Restaurant a bit pricey for nordeste but very good quality, we ate really well.

Moquette in the room and carton cups for toothbrush and teaFiltered coffee for breakfast wasn’t the best, but then I found out reading other reviews (as it is not written anywhere) that we could also order coffee (i got a cappuccino)

Great location with amazing views. Great, cozy room with comfortable bed and crispy clean sheets. Clean and spacious bathroom. Amazing staff! Everyone was really great. Excellent breakfast, lots of food choice. Lots of space for parking. The town is small and too much rain but we found a few places to visit nearby.We had dinner at the hotel and we loved it!

Amazing location, great rooms, great customer care. The beds are comfortable, the view is beautiful, and the food was great!

Large two-story apartment with 4 bedrooms. Comfortable, clean and walkable part of town. Kitchen well-stocked with pots and pans but don’t expect spices etc. would definitely recommend although wi-fi is not the best. If you don’t really need that, it’s an ideal apartment.

Wi-fi pops off an on every 10 min or so. Frustrating when working.

We had a great corner hotel room on the top floor. It was bright, lovely and spacious with a terrace and a fantastic view of Nordeste and the Atlantic Ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and service oriented. The breakfast was excellent - great buffet layout with fresh fruit (or you could order eggs any way you wish).

Unfortunately the day we went to use the spa area there was a very strong chlorine presence in the air from the indoor pool. Our eyes immediately began to sting, so we were unable to use the area. Gym was very basic and some equipment not working properly.

It was clean, the view from the bedroom is amazing with the little balcony. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet

The decoration is a bit tacky and old school. The sauna didn’t work and for this standing, having just one soap that does “body and hair”…

Staff, friendly, polite and attentive, always with a smile. Good size room, very good breakfast, fabulous location.

The bathroom needs attention to the "spots" on the floor and on the tiles by the bath. Pitty! But this did not obscure our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communal spaces beautifully done. Pools and spa area good, and not busy. Wonderful views and a short walk to town of Nordeste. Good amount of space in the apartment and comfortable bedrooms. Loved the patio doors out to the pool area.Plenty of parking.

Fixtures and fittings in the rooms (we stayed in an apartment) not as good as expected - ie kitchen, bathrooms not well equipped or modern. No toiletries provided or kitchen basics. It smelled bad on arrival! Restaurant a bit disappointing - not cosy or welcoming and limited menu (maybe nicer when you can dine outside in the summer). If you want peace and quiet location is great, but not much available locally.

Hotel was nice and cozy, breakfast was simple but delicious with the local ingredients. Dinner was a'la carte. View from our room was amazing with the ocean and village. Wellness centre was small but nice and clean. Room with balcony was spacious with comfy, big bed and refrigerator. Room was cleaned everyday. There was enough parking places in front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to come back!
