Very clean, beautiful view from our second-story window, air conditioning in the room (rare for the Azores) located close to night life of Horta, but not too close to pick up noise.

There were two, separate twin beds in our room, rather than one double bed, although this is somewhat common in the Azores.

Great view, private parking, close to the port.

Great location, the place is fully furnished and equipped.

Would be better pit some light curtains so you can get some light keeping your privacy as well.

This facility has been well thought out and put together. Everything that is needed is there - with superb staff to communicate with and others who provided superb service for our stay.The place is absolutely up there for cleanliness and the beds are really comfortable

For me - just the hill it was on

Very spacious apartment with fantastic views over the ocean and Pico Island/ Mountain. Old school but everything that’s needed was provided even some fruit and water next to the complimentary coffee and tea.

The property has seen better days but it’s very clean and the staff is super friendly so we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely be back for another stay. Did I mention the fantastic views of the sea view appartments?

Furniture is little bit outdated.

The staff was lovely. The view was magnificent. There was a green yard.

The elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor. They were kind enough to move us to the first floor when a room opened up.

Horrible accommodation as they do NOT provide Internet. All my complaints were simply ignored ?: "Our Internet is hood" was constant mantra from reception girl. Seriously???? At just 7 maps Internet speed nobody can even receive text message It's a 1950s property quite overpriced for no services offered. Stay AWAY from this place!!!!

I liked NOTHING at this overpriced very old accommodation, which should NOT even be listed in Booking.com !!!

I liked the 2 bathrooms in the 1 apartment. I was traveling with my father-in-law and it was good that he had his own bedroom and bathroom.

I found only one packet of instant coffee in the kitchen when I woke up in the morning, and while I knew that the coffee was better from the café up the street, at that moment I didn't want to have to go out to get it. I went to the café anyway and left the packet of instant coffee for my father-in-law, who has a bad knee.

Great location in Horta. Wi-Fi was really fast. Very useful to have private parking. Easy to check in and pick up keys from reception. If the weather had been better we would have had a great view of Pico from the balcony!

The furnishings felt a bit dated. For example, the sofa was covered by a blanket and when we accidentally moved the blanket we realised that the sofa was ripped. It wasn't a massive problem for us but for the price paid I would have expected something a bit more modern.

Nice view. Cuddly cat in the area.

Unconfortable bed and pillows. Room not cleaned properly (terrace never cleaned). The apartment and furniture are old, not very nice shower. Breakfast not worth the price.

Great staff, helped us change the date at no extra cost and even to a bigger one. Very friendly. Very Clean. The building is old, but that's part of the fun of the place
