great sized room and very comfortable with ample amenities (kettle, coffee, shower gel, outlets, including continental breakfast buffet, etc). Great onsite restaurant and super friendly staff.

Nice, modern and clean hotel, with its own parking.

It is pitty that some things need rennovation, primarily in the bathroom (hair dryer was broken, toilet was a bit loose), in otherwise rather new hotel.

Business Hotel in Tuscany. Clean nice rooms, very good bed mattresses, pillow memory foam. Coffeemaker and fridge in room. Workijng AC at 38C!Breakfast was Italian (limited choice) but fresh coffee made by human!Best value in August! you need to understand that this hotel is not romantic or with views! it's in municipaly area with schools, public pools and sport grounds (COOP next door)

It was as easy to find with free parking available. It was very close to Peccioli which won an award for best village in 2024.

Good location and spacious room. The check in process was great and the guy that was at reception was very welcoming (sorry I do not remember his name) Breakfast with a good selection to start the day. The girls loved it.

Clean hotel, nice walk to Pecioli hill with great restaurants , views and sun set!

The hotel is is a god position for visiting Peccioli and surround borghi. The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and everything is new and very clean. The room we was comfortable at 18 square meters. The bed was very comfortable.

The only non positive thing i can say is that there are no plugs near the bed for recharging cell phones.

The breakfast was good -- excellent coffee and a variety of pastry and yogurt . Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was close to my friends' villa and it was convenient to have a nice supermarket next door.

The amenities were bare bones. I was there for 10 days and received two postage stamp-sized bars of soap and tiny bottles of body wash/shampoo. There was no comfortable chair to sit on. The WiFi was dreadful. Half the time I had no reception.

The property was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with great selection and the morning staff was absolutely delightful with beautiful smiles and such great service to start the day. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The pillows were awful.

Great place to stay for visit Tuscany, 40 min road to Pisa, 1:15 hour to Firenze or Sienna. The hotel is very calm and staff very friendly.

We have been here for many years and now now we can say that the hotel was renovated in a beautiful way! We missed the beautiful French lady at reception. We appreciated the room upgrade! Thank you and see you soon!
