Hotel Niki

It was located off a main road and easy to find.

Hotel was very dilapidated, many broken tiles in bathroom, major leaking toilet when flushed, shower screen broken and hanging off the rail, ripped mosquito screen so window could not be left open during august heat, ripped curtains, mattresses are so old they slope to one side so you slide off the bed. Broken lamp shade/ covering. Any attempted repairs were very shoddy and inadequate. Cherry on the cake... at 12.30 at night whilst asleep a member of staff unlocked our door and let themselves into our room!! when confronted he claimed he was leaving fresh towels....WTF. The receptionist the following morning said he was only doing his job.....again seriously WTF!! Thankfully we were there only 1 night. Needs a complete and utter refit to bring it to any kind of acceptable standard.

Pleasant

ratio, price, quality, nothing much, room equipment outdated for the price of the stay, I have stayed in much better and cheaper accommodation than I paid in this hotel, €80, the corresponding price according to the equipment should be more like around €60

Everything was clean, quiet area, welcoming staff at the reception

Everything was fine, when we asked whether the deposit is needed, the man just smiled :)

Although dated the hotel is very cleanWe booked 2 rooms (a quadruple and a triple) and it was affordableIt is 50min from Bergamo airportAnd less than 30min from the Milan underground stop (San Donato) Staff were friendly and helpful and helped us with direction to get into Milan.Would definitely stay again if in the area!

a total disappointment

it’s far from the city but this wouldn’t be an issue if the rooms were clean, you can smell the cigarettes smoke from the lobby to the rooms to literally every place at the hotel, the staff weren’t bothered by the smell (I guess they were used to it). I could not spend the night there and I preferred to spend it in the car instead. the bed sheets stinks and the floor also if you care about your health I would recommend this place. for more information read the other reviews that the staff don’t seem to take action about it.

Nice guy in the reception trying to help us the best he could trying to get us to the airport in the morning.

To far away on the countryside. There was supposed to be airport shuttle, but this was fully booked in which made the transfer very costly for us by booking a taxi instead.No ice cubes on such warm days, and no air condition. Just a fan.

its good for who has a car because its to far from the city

Personel was very attentive.

Hotel not clean, there was mold on the shower screen everywhere that seemed it hasn't been cleaned for years.The rooms smelled of smoke, and the beds are falling apart.The name saying 4 stars is very misleading.

Parking

Daily receptionist wasn't helpful, bad smell everywhere, smell of cigarettes in the room - we were with small baby, room definitely remembers times of occupation, sleeping on the floor would be better than bed at that place, AC barely working, breakfast was more like for a pigeons than human, cleaning stuff forgot cleaning cloth hanging in the shower.

The guy working this day was very nice.

Half of the light where not working in the room.The matresse was very bad. Not even a fan system in a room around 32°C.The room was very old.
