Grand Arctic Resort

Very nice room with a beautiful view of the lake, good sized and has a window that opens with a SCREEN. Staff ¿as very nice. Breakfast was good.

The shower was just a showerhear over a drain surrounded by a curtain in the corner by the door. As a result, the bathroom floor near the door stayed wet. This bathroom easily had space for at least a shower with a semi-enclosure.

The male receptionist was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. Nice clean room.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. The view is magnificent from the rooms and on the ground floor. We even saw the northern lights from the room! The hotel is quiet and the breakfast very well supplied and varied.

Our stay at lower floor was excellent, very beautiful sunset and has a good open view. Less crowded in autumn but summer will be quite busy I presumed. Nice resort for whole family.

Adrian and his collegues did a good job in the restaurant with professional and swift service.

Great pool and family room.

Restaurant, we were told it was open for lunch. Then it was not. Then we went for dinner there, it had a great menu. But the menu wasn’t available, they had two dishes only. Pulled pork or salmon. Sadly they were very disappointing.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful.

We missed a refrigerator in the room. There was no socket in the bathroom. There was no air conditioning in the room.

We used the resort while driving up north, so short overnight stay. We liked the family room. Due to us arriving late the reception was already closed but the staff sent us a txt message and explained how to get in to the hotel and find the room key, the person at the desk (was just about to leave) also helpfully took our food and stored in the kitchen fridge overnight, this was highly appreciated.Breakfast is good.We didn't use the sauna/pool this time but we've been here before and can tell that the poolside is great.

Pretty much everything was nice, location, facilities, accomodation, etc.

Unfortunately there was no restaurant with menu. Only two pastas choice, and no other restaurants in the region. A bit of a pity considering that the restaurant is open at lunch, but not much for dinner

Helpful and responsive staff, peaceful location and well-maintained vintage property made our stay feel special.Staff went out of their way to let us enjoy the sauna and spa facilities by extending the closing time just a little bit. Also sending our belongings left in the shower was not a problem thanks to easy and smooth communication with the staff.This spot is great for a stopover during the trips across this region and exploration of the Northern Sweden!

No improvements worth suggesting, will recommend to a friend!

Beautiful scenery, spacious room, nice sauna & jacuzzi department, easy to get car almost in front of main entrance. Nice beers, ok breakfast. Friendly and helpful personnel.

Room air could have been fresher. No fish for breakfast was a slight disappointment.

The dinner at the restaurant was not as good as I would have expected.

Bad

Arrived at 11PM to find out the hotel was having a live concert. Impossible to get any sleep. The hotel should inform guests before booking that the hotel is actually a concert venue.

The place is amazing if you are travelling with kids. The pool was in front of our room, just a grassfield in the between.

The staff didn't wear work clothes, the staff went in and out the kitchen without a hat and top of it all there was a dog in the breakfast and nobody said anything.

Beautiful, clean and very thematic place to stay. They have sauna, jacuzzi and a nice restaurant.

In the evening and early morning there was some weird vibration/noise coming from below, probably kitchen. Not a big deal, but our sleep was disturbed.

Very nice location by the river.Nice room with a fab view.Comfortable beds.Free spa.Great staff, got exellent instructions to a trail from the French and Hollands staff members.

Not enough storage for clothes.

The breakfast was excellent. The night before we were at restaurant which was good but only two choices on the menu. The room was spacious and very clean and the view excellent.

Maybe an extra choice or two on the menu would be in order.

Comfortable bed

Breakfast was poor. Watered orange juice and not so fresh salad. Coffee was not nice.
